K Street Hot Dogs came through on a very unserious mission. On a random hot February day (71 degrees!)—the day of the Super Bowl, no less—I decided it was clearly hot-dog weather. Ralphie stayed behind in the Tesla on Dog Mode, making sure he didn’t turn into an actual hot DOG, while I went inside for a special treat. The vibe was fun, chaotic in the best way, and immediately felt like I made the right call.
I ordered the spicy sausage with Fruity Pebbles, and wow. The sausage was so good it didn’t even need sauce—perfectly seasoned, juicy, and somehow balanced with the sweetness and crunch. It sounds ridiculous, but it absolutely works. One of those dishes that makes you pause mid-bite like, “Yeah… this is dangerous.”
I also tried the Flamin’ Hot Cheeto crab, which was solid and full of flavor. I should’ve grabbed a sauce with it—that one’s on me—but I already know that’s a next-time upgrade. One thing I will say: it was a little hot inside… but it’s February and 71 degrees after weeks of negative temps, so honestly, I’ll take it. K Street Hot Dogs is doing fun, creative food the right way, and I’ll definitely be back to keep exploring the menu.

Everything was absolutely delicious! It was our first time trying this place, and we were so impressed. The service was fast, everything was clean, and the staff happily made great recommendations on what to try. We’ll definitely be back for more!

Edible, but average. Ordered the P2. Potato Premium and F1. Flaming Hot K-Street. Lacked flavor, even salt. Asked for spicy mayo and was given a teaspoon. Meh.

This location has only improved over the years! Food is fresh and delicious. There are many items to choose from. Seating is limited so do expect to make this a quick meal or take it to go. Order at the kiosk, get a receipt, order numbered announced as well as on a screen above the counter. Try everything at least once! Staff is quick, professional, and friendly.

Ordered on a kiosk with plenty of pictures of the variety of stick food. Everything we had was good and crunchy. Would be nice to offer Spicer sauce for an extra kick. Also they are not corn dogs! The breading is nice and fluffy.

The building is small and secluded but it it’s definitely worth the out of the way visit to come and get delicious food! The K-Dogs are hefty and fill you up with one or two, however the extras are a hard temptation to not get so plan your meal wisely! 10/10

We decided to give this place a try and I have to say this is absolutely one of the best comfort food places we have been to since being stationed in Kansas!! Great food. Very nice people there.

The gentlemen is a very quiet man but he is kinda and pretty fast at making food. And it comes out fresh and delicious. I took my daughter there for the first time and she had the crab stick and she fell deeply in love with it. So yes this place is a gem to eat at. But I’m a small town girl driving almost an hour to take my daughter here. So I don’t complain about anything other than the drive. But so worth it.

This is such a delight! I ordered the potato spicy sausage and waffle fries- both were yummy. I love places like this because it brings such a different offering than what KC already has an abundance of. The food is made to order so it comes out hot and fresh! I will be coming back again and again
The owner is really nice and is very deserving of success.

I’d been wanting to try this place for awhile and it did not disappoint. We tried a variety of things—spicy and regular sausage/mozzarella corn dogs, (both delicious) crab corn dog with spicy mayo dipping sauce (my personal favorite and a new addiction) the sausage and rice skewer, crab Rangoon, and spiral potato chips. Everything was made to order and came out hot and fresh. Highly recommend. We will definitely be back.
