Food truck – this place was delicious. If you’re in Cuba, NM, you must try the bim-bap, the glass noodles, and the chicken rice bowl. Delicious! Don’t miss it. The kids tried the Korean horchata. They said it was a bit grainy but delicious.

The food here is amazing. They have delicious traditional Korean food with a depth of flavors – and also some fun fusion twists. I had my Bi Bim Bap and Bulgogi wrapped up in a tortilla, and it was fantastic. I also got the “Korean horchata” which was a fun treat for dessert.
Service was friendly and quick. I popped across the street to get gas, and when I came back my order was done!
Atmosphere was… a food truck with picnic tables on the side of 550 – but it makes a great pit stop on that long drive, so 5 stars for that anyway!
The lunch special seems like a great deal – but I was hungry, so I got a full sized meal.

So happy we found this hidden gem! The food was amazing! My husband and I scarfed down the bibimbap, which was loaded with veggies and bulgogi. They had some cute picnic tables with umbrellas behind the food truck, so we were able to sit outside and enjoy the good weather with our dogs. The staff was kind and friendly.

This food truck is amazing. My husband and I are Korean food novices and K-Shack did not disappoint. I got the beef noodle bowl, which is served with a small salad and kimchi. My husband got bao buns and a beef dish. The food was excellent with very generous portions. I wasn’t able to finish my meal, so saved the rest for dinner.

The Gal-Bi was excellent! Was driving through this small town and looking for lunch when we saw this Korean food truck which surprised us on how authentic it was for a small town! Owners were very sweet and food was delicious!

A good alternative to the other restaurants in Cuba New Mexico. I was not sure what to expect but the food here is pretty good. I ordered the korean barbecue ribs and I totally recommend them. This food trailer is a bit pricey, but I will be back. They do accept credit cards.

This place was so yum!!! Stopping through Cuba on the way to Colorado Springs. I wanted no mushrooms and they accompanied me which was so helpful. The kimchi and the honey and mango green tea is to die for. Would definitely recommend coming here 🙂

There’s a reason this place is so highly rated. The food is DELICIOUS. I had the glass noodles, my SO had the bimbimbap. Both were very yum. The Korean coffee is also delicious and has a really interesting flavor.

Flavorful, hearty, healthy, plentiful, colorful and delicious food ready fast, with friendly customer service and great specialty drinks for a good price. The bebimbap was fantastic! The only (minor) issue was that the location is currently only a food truck, so it doesn’t have any good seating which was easily resolved by sitting in the car.

Was driving through Cuba for work and decided to stop at this food truck and I am so glad that I did. Went with a noodle bowl with bulgogi beef, fresh cut pineapple and and Korean iced coffee. The noodle bowl has some great flavor and the fresh cut pineapple was the perfect sweetness you look for. Korean iced coffee hit the spot for a long drive and was a nice combination of sweet but not too sweet. Try to give this place a shot if you can!
