This BBQ food trailer is delicious! The owner (don’t know his name) was very passionate about his food and his service was phenomenal. He came out to our neighborhood in Larkspur and we caught him on our evening walk with the dogs. By the time we dropped our dogs off and came back he was nearly sold out of everything. He threw in some chopped brisket for us as a bonus. We will definitely come by liberty hill and try his food again!

K.O Barbecue is the BEST BBQ you will have!!! They are at my apartment complex every month and I can not describe how excited I get. The brisket sandwich and BBQ sauce is to die for. If you have not tried them, you absolutely need to check them out. If you are having an event, definitely consider having them there, your guests will not be disappointed.

This is arguable the best BBQ in the northern suburbs. It’s an amazing hidden gem and food truck off of hwy 29. Their brisket is moist and juicy and their sauce is delicious.

Love this place. Smoked brisket, potato salad, variety of chicken, sausage, pork or beef rib, turkey legs, slaw, beans… etc. Their bbq sauce is thick (not liquidy) and has a subtle kick that isn’t over the top. If you like smokey, you’ll love this place. Boss man and son listen very well to the special/custom requests, are great to chit chat with. I hope they become a staple of our small town that is growing too fast! Try them, you won’t regret it.
