1st time customer, stopped in while passing thru town. Ordered the killer combo sandwich. It was a 3 meat monster too big to eat. Had half there and took the other half home. It was very tasty. They had delicious looking homemade pie available, but I’ll have to try that next visit.

Really good stuff. Great service and fair price. The BBQ was certainly KC style and the sides were generous. The K and M sauce was certainly a KC BBQ Smokey and sweet type sauce. We were a little disappointed with the jalapeño poppers appetizer and the pecan pie slice. It is not that anything was particularly bad; certainly, we enjoyed our food and would and will gladly return, I do however believe that the two minor issues addressed here were not 5 star type components.

This is my second favorite Kansas City BBQ! It’s really one of the best! I usually get the ham and turkey sandwich. I’ve also had the tenderloin and the iconic Killer sandwich. I just really can’t do the ribs. The service here is also VERY quick and efficient! I also really love how it has a Western theme, and the license plates. It’s absolutely worth the drive out Spring Hill! I HIGHLY recommend you come here if/when you’re in the area. I’ve given them my business for many years and look forward to for many more years to come!

This is my absolute beyond the shadow of doubt favorite BBQ restaurant. Drive about 80 miles to eat there multiple times a year.
But I Want to say to whoever is in charge. Your hosts who take count of how many in the party. It’s not worth a shit.
We got to the restaurant about 20 people in line to be seated. I got to the host station stood there 15 minutes and I still had not determined who the host even was. Then once I finally got my counter people in and we finally got to go to our table. I walked around the corner and seen five Empty Tables and a room that was completely empty nobody in it. While there was at least 20 people standing at the front door waiting to get the count of people in.
When I left the restaurant I still wasn’t sure who the official host was but what I do know is nobody was doing the job all night. There’s this one big girl the walk by me at least 25 times not doing nothing but walking around looking lost. It turned out okay but it was looking like it was going to turn out to be a total embarrassment with the family members that we brought there after bragging how good the place was with everything. But it wasn’t until I started making a fuss asking who’s the host so I can get my number of people in so we could even eat. The waitress is fantastic and fast the kitchen service fantastic and fast the food excellent could not be better. But the hosting game really needs worked on really bad

I really enjoyed that they had about 10 kinds of pie to choose from. The person who helped me with my carry out order told me her favorite was banana cream so I tried that and tested the peanut butter meringue for good measure. My wife liked the banana and my picky 11 year old really liked the peanut butter. I liked both.
