If you’re looking for the best korean dining experience in Windsor, stop your search. K Kitchen delivers on every front.

The Food: Absolute showstopper. Creative, fresh, and exploding with flavor. Khanpungi and the Chicken Teriyaki Bibimbap were particular highlights. You can taste the quality in every bite.

The Vibe: Cool, contemporary, and buzzing with a great energy. It’s upscale but not stuffy—you feel cool just being there. Perfect ambiance for a celebratory meal.

The Service: Top-tier. Friendly, efficient, and spot-on with recommendations. They made us feel special from welcome to goodbye.

Five stars without a doubt. We left already planning our next trip back. Don’t miss this place.

My first Korean BBQ experience and I loved it!

Our waitress was very sweet and friendly. We had made use of the online booking system which worked nicely.

For the main we had the mixed and then an extra steak cut (which was probably just a bit too much in all honesty as we also had starters). For 3 the mixed meat option was more than enough and we had chicken, lamb and the steak with that. The steak however was definitely a favourite!!

We had some Kimchi added too and then lettuce as seen in the pictures.

Hope to be back soon 🙂

Found this cute restaurant around the corner from our hotel. We ordered marinated short ribs & beef bulgogi with lettuce, Korean veggies and an order of vegetable Udon noodles! Everything was delicious and would definitely come back to try other dishes. And a big thank you to Arthur who took care of us and made the experience even better!

This was one of the most disappointing meals I’ve ever had. I came here expecting authentic Korean BBQ, but what we were served was anything but that.

The “BBQ” meat was literally just raw cuts sprinkled with salt and pepper (see photo) — no marinades, no seasoning, nothing close to the rich, flavorful bulgogi or galbi you’d expect at a proper Korean BBQ restaurant. It was bland and uninspired. The only things with any flavor at all were the kimchi and the tofu bibimbap (which my boyfriend ate through tears of sadness after we decided to send everything else back).

Service was equally poor. The waitress was inattentive, only appearing if we waved her down, which is the opposite of what you’d expect when grilling food at your table. To make things worse, the place had fruit flies hovering around and the bathroom was unclean, which left an even worse impression.

Almost all of our food was returned to the kitchen because it was inedible. Only the kimchi and bibimbap remained on the table.

Overall, this was not just a bad Korean BBQ — it wasn’t Korean BBQ at all. If you want authentic, flavorful Korean food, look elsewhere!!!!

Excellent dinner at K Kitchen in Windsor – we walked in without booking and managed to get a table. Impressed by the authenticity and number of halal options. Excited to return when I return to Windsor!

A warm welcome received as we entered on two occasions. Service was prompt and staff are friendly.
The food is very reasonably priced and portion size is excellent. The quality of the food is excellent and the tables are clean and simply laid out. There’s no rush and you’ll not be hurried at all.
We look forward to returning soon when well try more of their menu.
The teriyaki and catsu chicken dishes are lovely!

This was our first time at this restaurant, and we had made a reservation in advance. The staff were very friendly, and the music added a nice vibe to the evening.

It was also our first time trying Korean cuisine — and we absolutely loved it! We enjoy trying different things, so we ordered a variety of dishes to share, and every one of them was delicious. The marinated chicken was especially tender and flavorful, and the kimchi pancakes (Kimchi Jeon) were a surprising highlight — crispy, tasty, and full of flavor. We also really enjoyed the Korean drink we tried.

The food was served hot and fresh, and the portions were generous and satisfying. The atmosphere was cozy and welcoming, with a lovely family feel. We had a 6 PM booking, and although it wasn’t too busy when we arrived, the place filled up within 30–40 minutes — a good sign!

We paid £94 for three people, and considering the portion sizes and quality, it was well worth it. We highly recommend this place and will definitely be back!

We had to ask for cutlery. We’re totally capable of helping ourselves, but it says it’s staff-regulated. We had to ask like, three times before it came. And then, when the barbecue set arrived, which is supposed to be for two or three people to share, they only gave us sauce for one person. How is that for sharing? The Korean experience is supposed to be special, and I just didn’t feel like it was. It felt rushed. I could compare it to cheaper Korean restaurants on high streets, where the experience felt more authentic to Korean culture.

A significant issue was the preparation of the meat. Cutting the meat is an essential part of Korean BBQ, yet we were not provided with a proper, sharp pair of scissors. The scissors supplied were both blunt and broken, with one handle damaged. As a result, it took around 10 minutes just to cut the meat before we could begin grilling, which negatively impacted the flow and enjoyment of the meal.
Overall, the experience did not reflect the quality, authenticity, or level of service we expected.
