I came this Friday night so it’s full quickly right after 6pm. It seems they need more staffs. I did try to order all kind of dishes but they just bring out part of them. They didn’t serve same as what I ordered on app. The qualification of beef and seafood is just fine. Affordable price for all. Great place for gather with your group friends.

Food was 4 star, almost no service. Whichever waiter sees you can listen to you. You have to submit online what food or meat you want.

It was kind of busy when we went but didn’t look insane, but it seems like they need more staff since the servers looked a bit overwhelmed. They also were out of cups for water and soju. So it took a long time for us to get our water and start getting served. But we went around 1.5 hrs before closing so as it got less busy the service picked up the pace. Everyone was nice but it felt a bit hectic. Overall the meat and appetizers were all pretty tasty so no complaints there. Also got free ice cream at the end.

Food was alright for a Korean bbq place. Portions were very small however and took awhile to prepare. Worst part was the app that you needed order. Only one person could order at a time and the UI was terrible to use. If they stopped using this app things could be much better

Parking could be a challenge (although we found one right across). The wait could be long (although we got seated immediately). The price is reasonable for an AYCE despite limited choices. The quality and flavor of the meats and food are above par. But the wait between servings is slooow as molasses, it’s not even busy. I wouldn’t fault the staff though. They are friendly and accommodating. And the watermelon soju made the wait tolerable.

The best Korean bbq and so far the best cost effective ratio in town. I tried almost every Korean bbq in San Francisco. K element is the best price / quality / customer service / side dishes – my son adores the beef short ribs

I appreciate that they are open for outdoor seating and they set up a pretty nice area for it. You definitely have a wooden wall in between parties so that’s no issue. Servers and quality of meat is decent.

What a great place! We have been looking for a localish Korean BBQ as post pandemic many of the restaurants we used to frequent have either closed or moved. This is a little delayed we went about a month ago with a sizeable work group for a trial run–and we were very glad about the overall experience. The food is solid and a lot of delicious choices. We had great service from the wait staff. The servers were on-top of all requests, very informative, and answered a lot of our questions about food choices and options. The soju options are fairly good as well. Our party of 6 had several super hungry people who got plenty of food and we were all stuffed when we left. We went on a Friday but got in fairly early and had called to make a reservation–which was very easy. The price is right in line with most KBBQs. The only problem that we discussed was that it was very chilly. Even with the restaurant filling up rapidly and using the bbq grills we were all fairly cold and had to use our jackets. Only complaint–and not a major one as I feel like most kbbq are hyper ventilated. Just try to stay away from the front door area. Overall we will DEFINITELY be coming back.

this place was a nightmare. go to literally any other kbbq or any other restaurant before you give this place your money. so bad. raw meat sat on our table for 40 minutes because none of the grills worked (nasty and probably a health violation). wouldn’t send my worst enemy here.

The quality of the meat is not good, it’s not fresh, and the server seems to be lacking compared to the number of tables.
