3 stars is generous. Restaurant is very gloomy inside but the man was nice… I guess. The food took about 15 mins.. and it was disgusting. A little disappointed because I really wanted to support a black owned business.
But at least now I have some food for my dog.

Found Just Turkey on TikTok and it didn’t disappoint. The sauce was good, fries were just right and the tips were on point. I even enjoyed the slice of wheat bread instead of white bread. My only concern was that there were more fries than tips. My photo speaks for itself!!!

I’m in town for work right now, and another visiting coworker that had already visited Just Turkey recommended them when I was looking for somewhere to eat lunch.
Right off the bat… this restaurant is on the epicenter of the George Floyd memorial. It is literally a couple doors down.
We were greeted very enthusiastically when we entered the building. The person working there asked if we had ever eaten there before. When we said no, he told us the top 3 items on the menu. I went with #3… the turkey polish sausage (the other top sellers were turkey tips and Turney lasagna). It was served on a delicious bun with mustard, onions, tomatoes and relish (as well as jalapeños, which I chose not to have ☺). It was also served with french fries. The meal was great. Very flavorful. And just the right size so I wasn’t full after eating the polish dog and a handful of fries!
Side note… we were also given a sample of the turkey tips to try and they were delicious as well!!

Absolutely delicious! I had a turkey tip and link combo and it was amazing! Highly recommend the jerk tips. I met the owner who was incredibly kind and helpful. Definitely give this place a try

Just Turkey was just terrible. The food wasn’t fresh or well prepared and there was an item missing from my order. The greens were salty and way over-cooked. The jerk turkey tips were so salty they were inedible — and the fries were a soggy mess. The only thing saltier than the food was the customer service person who answered the phone with attitude when I called to see why I didn’t get my turkey sandwich. On an up note, the to-go order was well packed with the food containers wrapped in cellophane. Nonetheless, to Just Turkey, I say — just no.

My family came for lunch on a Sunday, when most other restaurants around here were closed. The food was so good we could not stop talking about it. My favorites were the chili and jerk tips. If we were local we would be here all the time! I also appreciate that they give a discount for cash payments. And the gentleman at the counter gamely offered to take a picture of our group in front of the cutesy “Just Turkey” photo backdrop. Very memorable and SO DELICIOUS!

Just Turkey is a great place for all different kinds of Turkey. I had the Turkey tips with fries and the jerk turkey tacos. Both were amazing. The tips were smothered in house bbq sauce. The tacos had great heat from the jerk sauce. Plenty of Turkey infused meals to try here!

Pretty good food. I had the Jerk Burger and is pretty good. Little hard to eat and greasy, but it was still good. The place is also very convenient as it is not to far away from the D Line and the Route 23/soon to be 38, and a 8 minute from the Route 11 and a 11 minute from Route 14 bus. It is also relatively convenient for biking as it is right along the Chicago Avenue Bike Lanes and not too far from the 42nd street, park Avenue and Portland bike lanes
