It’s so sad to give you this place 2 stars. I’d give them 1, but their employees are polite. I have eaten a lot of subs from them & never had an issue. The last time I went (about 4 months ago) I found hair in my sub that DEFINITELY was not mine. So I threw it in the garbage & proceeded to vomit. I assumed they were rushed & it was just a gross mistake. I finally decided to give them a 2nd chance after the hair incident. My bf & I each ordered the cheese steaks. Ironically, both of us had hair in our subs & I know it wasn’t mine cuz I literally just dyed it a little totally different color. Both of us threw out our subs. Eww… Just… Gross. Back in the dinosaur days when I was in hs (around ’03), this place has awesome. Now, you couldn’t pay me to eat their food. Sucks these newer kids/ppl employees just don’t make me like they used to. Please start wearing hair nets or beard nets or something too prevent hair from getting in ppls food. Upside? The parking lot is free &but too bad. The employees were absolutely kind. But I won’t be returning, nor will ANY of my family members. That’s 7 ppl which just said adios to just subs ♀️

The place itself is very unassuming but once inside the staff greets you with a smile and offers a choice of half or full sub. My husband got their chipotle cheesesteak, made to order and although eating it was a little messy he says it was delicious. My sub was a bit simpler, turkey, lettuce, tomato with oil & vinegar; next time I’d ask for extra as the sandwich was a little drier than I like but probably healthier .
The team working there is quick and friendly, definitely recommend if you’re on the area.
They sell chips, drinks, pickles, macaroni & potato salad too.

The BEST sub shop in Jersey. Real old school subs on soft bread done the way you like. Dave and the whole crew couldn’t be nicer and got our ordered filled for a graduation party. Recommend the precut subs in a tray for a party or the 4-6 foot long subs for a superbowl party. Thank you! ❤️

Good sub/hoagie here! The price definitely is reasonable for the goodness of it. Has few tables and chairs. Has chips and beverages offered. Fast service. Accepts credit/debit card. Has chairs and tables outside as well.

Honestly years ago this place was much better, recently no meat is on them and consistency Is just off, will not return. For the money better off going to Quikcheck or Wawa. Farmers market in Hillsborough makes better subs.

When I’m in Hillsborough, I like to pick up a sub at Just Subs. They are prepared on fresh bread, substantial in size, and always delicious! The staff here are always great as well – very friendly! Note: While this is their flagship shop, they also have other locations in Somerset and Hunterdon Counties.
