Stoped in to give the place a try since we were in the area. I give the place a solid 3. Fry’s are good without all that seasoning on top. Burger was just ok. No real taste at all. I think the bun was better than the actual burger. The food was fresh and hot but that’s about all. There was also a kid working behind the counter. Kids should be left at home! Bathroom floor was also nasty and could have used a good mop. Can’t say I would try it again but good luck!

The burger was okay, but I was really disappointed with the daiquiri. For $9 , especially for a non-alcoholic drink that’s basically sugar and water, it’s frustrating that the cup wasn’t even filled all the way. When prices are that high, customers expect to receive a full product. Experiences like this make it difficult to stay supportive when it feels like the value just isn’t there. There are definitely other spots in the city with better burgers that also don’t charge $9 for a kids-style daiquiri that isn’t even filled to the top.

Fun atmosphere and it was easy to order from the kiosk. The burger was dry and the portion of fries was VERY small for 8USD, however. I would absolutely go back, but might choose other restaurants that serve similar food first.

Burgers were ok, seasoned fries were pretty generic, onion rings were good. Most add ons to a burger were free. Drink prices are ridiculous ($7 for a small Red Bull, $6 for a Jarritos). Ordering was self serve at a kiosk, no employees in the dining area. Music was too loud in the dining area.

Don’t read the negative reviews, go for yourself im glad I did. Burger wast he best Burger I had in along time. The young man that took our order in going places. His attitude was top notch, customer service is not lost it’s at Smash Burger. I forgot his name i do know he’s in high-school and play basketball. I noticed they allowed ppl to come in and use the restroom without having to order, if I were them I would change that to restroom is for paying customers only.

I be trying to support black business, the professionalism just be lacking, tried for first time today, got this, went back and told them, showed pic etc, they started making food, after like 5 mins I asked what’s going on, they said they remaking, it’s 5 pm I ordered for lunch at 1:30, they said I didn’t make it clearif I wanted it or not, ’m like yall didn’t ask what I wanted, I thought they was still discussing, then here come the attitude, now they saying I’m arguing with them and basically flopped me away, was gonna give it another try but I’m good….

I hate to be that person to complain. But I tried to call this location multiple times after it happened, and I was hung up on.
I placed an order under Tony. I ordered a single and a double, both with beef. The single had no meat or patty at all. And the double was covered in pickles and I’m allergic. So I couldn’t eat it. I stay 30 minutes away from this location. On top of that being pregnant it’s not that easy to go back up there. I don’t expect anything to come from this. But I really just hope your staff could be just a little bit more mindful.

Food was good. Only bad thing I can say is we did not get drinks tell after our food. Odd to me was very thirsty. Otherwise we’ll worth eating there.

Carry out at 12:30am… cant get a smash burger at this hour anywhere else. Have to get extra onions and load up the toppings or I could see how the burger would be more plain tasting. The carry out box is an amazing box of goodness that went straight to my heart and made me happy again.
