I’ve come here several times already using the Too Good To Go app to get a surprise bag for $7, which has been a rice bowl with chicken, veggies, and other toppings in addition to a soup. If you’re not picky about what you get then it’s a fantastic deal for the portion they give! The food has been fresh and tasty, and the employees have always been welcoming. Two of the times I went I was greeted by Tori (sorry if I misspelled that) who was very attentive, friendly, and efficient with putting the order together. The other employees I’ve interacted with or observed have also been really nice and also working hard to make sure things are in order. Great place to get a healthy meal!

Came in minutes before they closed the other day (3/3) and the staff were so kind! I apologized for coming in so late and they were eager to help me. My mom and I got the hot honey chicken salad and I can say without a doubt, it was the BEST salad I’ve ever had. I was really excited to try Just Salad, the new location at Eden’s Plaza, and ordered a Cilantro Lime Chicken Bowl to go. Unfortunately, when I got home and started eating, I found a small worm coming out of my food.
I went back to the store to let them know what happened, but they told me they couldn’t help and that I had to call customer service instead.
Really disappointing and unpleasant experience for my first visit. I hope the company takes this seriously and improves their quality control and customer service.

My second time here. My $11 salad was all lettuce so skimpy on the toppings. I even brought it to their attention and they said it’s a scoop each topping, mine definitely was not.
I would call this place “just lettuce.” Tried to use $5 off coupon they gave me but it’s only online or in app. Pretty disappointing experience here. Go to Sweetgreen.

First word- refreshing! My wife came in for a salad. I was a bit hesitant because I was hungry. I saw they had wraps… I lit up a bit. Then I saw bowls! Do your future self a favor- grab that cilantro lime chicken! Peace!
