This location does a great consistent job. The salads are always delicious. I rarely have issues with service and everyone is friendly . It can get loud inside but outside is nice to sit on most days.

This was one of the worst customer service and hygiene experiences I’ve had at a restaurant.
The employee preparing our salads was extremely rude, impatient, and unprofessional. Despite giving clear instructions, she made the salad incorrectly. Instead of apologizing or calmly fixing the mistake, she threw the salad into the trash in a disrespectful, almost theatrical way, without saying a single word. This behavior was shocking and completely unacceptable in a customer-facing role.
To make matters worse, I found a hair in my salad, which is a serious hygiene issue. Additionally, although I specifically ordered a hot bowl, the chicken was cold and the portion size was unreasonably small.
After multiple mistakes, the staff began arguing with each other in front of customers, creating an uncomfortable and unprofessional environment. This clearly reflects poor management, lack of training, and zero quality control.
We paid $37 for two salads, which is unacceptable given the poor food quality, hygiene concerns, and disrespectful service. Experiences like this damage the brand’s reputation, and it is alarming that this location appears to operate without proper supervision.
This review is written so others are aware and so management takes responsibility. This location urgently needs oversight, staff retraining, and accountability.
I will not be returning, and I do not recommend this location to anyone.

Today I had the pleasure of trying the spicy Caesar wrap, and a strawberry banana smoothie this was a 10 out of 10 the route was very tasty and the hint of spicy the strawberry banana smoothie was delicious as well very fresh. It didn’t artificial. I enjoyed the food very much. The atmosphere is very clean and nice. Customer service is OK. I wouldn’t say they had a bad attitude they’re just not enthusiastic. But other than that the food is great I recommend everyone to give it a try that’s on a journey of eating healthy

Had to wait an extra 30 min for my chicken to be cooked. When I finally got home to enjoy my wrap not only did I not have spinach in it but the chicken I had to wait for was absent. No chicken what so ever. I don’t ever leave reviews but I couldn’t not leave this tonight.

I had the pleasure of visiting Just Salad for the first time recently, and Tyler truly made the experience memorable. Not only was he incredibly friendly, but he was also super knowledgeable about the menu and helped me navigate the options with ease. Since I was trying to make healthy choices in front of my date, Tyler offered great recommendations and made sure I felt confident in my decisions. His positive attitude and genuine care made the whole experience enjoyable. It’s rare to find such excellent customer service, and Tyler really went above and beyond. Highly recommend both Just Salad and Tyler for anyone looking for a great dining experience!

For my first time at Just Salad, I was greeted with warm welcomes from all the ladies at the front. Some additional hands were brought to take my order so I wouldn’t have to wait too long to place my order . Keisha and Sarah were able to assist me the most popular recommendations and offered to bring me some freshly squeezed pineapple lemonade from the back. I was pleasantly impressed with the level of customer service that was delivered on my visit. I will certainly return!
