I really wanted to share that last week I had a horrible experience at Just Salad in Pinecrest, and this week I had my coworker go and order me a salad in person to see if it was better, and they definitely delivered. They did an amazing job of talking to their staff and correcting their issues. Thank you for listening, and I am happy to continue having lunch there. It was great!

I had an absolutely incredible experience at Just Salad, thanks to one of the team members Brian. His customer service was spectacular. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with genuine kindness and positive energy.
I had several special requests for my vegetarian order, and Brian went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect. He handled multiple things at once preparing my salad, my bowl, and two smoothies all while keeping the same cheerful attitude and attention to detail. Watching him work, it was clear he takes real pride in what he does.
What stood out most was his professionalism and his upbeat personality. He interacted with every customer and coworker with such respect and enthusiasm that it truly brightened the atmosphere. My food came out exquisite fresh, flavorful, and perfectly customized.
Honestly, Brian turned a simple lunch stop into a memorable experience. We need more people like him in customer service. He deserves recognition even a promotion for his outstanding work ethic and attitude.
Because of Brian, I’ll definitely be coming back as a regular. Walking into that store felt like a breath of fresh air something you rarely find these days.

Been coming for a while to this location and the staff is amazing and food is top notch. Today I did a mobile order as a friend was picking it up. I put a note that you are amazing and for extra chicken, thinking no one would see it and omg they sure did and hooked it up! Brian you are amazing and truly my day.

This place is so healthy and fresh, and the in person service is just excellent. I have such a huge and complicated order, and every time Brian approaches it with complete patience and attention to detail, and always takes care of me no matter how many little tweaks I want to make. Clean and deliciously tasty healthy option with friendly and prompt service. Nicholas and Yani the store manager we’re patient allowing several tastings to determine what I’d like best for my order, and sharing a laugh over what counts as “spicy” in different parts of country, A+ service! New fave: The cucumber mint lemonade (no, I couldn’t get the recipe!). An easy and delightful stop, ended up getting a second order to go for tomorrow.

Very Nice Upscale Atmosphere for Salad and A Protien Smoothie, It Was really good and Pretty Healthy, Amazing variety Of Flavours and Options, and I Recommend the PB Smoothie and The Thai Chicken Cruch Salad (Ask Heavy on The Dressing) Only Critique I Have Is the Price for Drinks and Chips. Overall it was a Good 8.7/10
