I originally had a 5 star review when I first ate here two months ago. Over that time the friendliness varies wildly depending on who’s working. They routinely are out of key ingredients, and act unapologetic especially after paying full price online for items they don’t include.

There’s also no phone number for the store probably because of this issue lol. I’ve called corporate bc being stuck at work spending $25 for a salad with no dressing sucks and no one has EVER gotten back to me.

I’ve since switched to CHOPT which is a quarter mile up the road.

Hope corporate sees this and reaches out to me, I had already gone online to have the manager call me but nothing has been done.

I had a great experience at Just Salad! The service was excellent and the atmosphere was clean, welcoming, and comfortable. A special thank you to Kevin and Gisella they were both so friendly, patient, and helpful, and really made my visit enjoyable. They took their time, answered my questions, and made sure my order was exactly how I wanted it.
I’ll definitely be coming back. Highly recommend!

The worker Kevin was very kind and nice. He made sure my salad was great. He gave me the 5 star treatment I’m sure he gives all his customers. Was pleased with his service.

Just stopped in for a lunch date! It was our first time there and Ariana was so helpful in telling us all the food options, giving us recommendations, and was so pleasant to speak to! I got the honey adobo chicken platter and it was delicious and so fresh. Will definitely go again!

Very large and clean. Enter the queue on the left. Large pickup area on the right. Has guest wifi.

For the environmentally conscious consumer, think it’s near to have the CO2 usage per product.

You can (possibly)? Get a discount for reusable bowls.

‘Pick 2’: salad bowl is a medium; that’s probably half height of their default bowl size. Thought it was pretty filling anyway.

Very large windows spanning the corner, wonder if it’ll get hot inside when busy and sunny.

Service seems nice.

Free parking lot but fairly busy.

Tokyo Supergreens with chicken is a bit light on the dressing (even with heavy option) to mask some of the bitterness. Also very light on the chicken, I’m guessing most of the protein is in the edamame. Bread is like a bread stick. Or like the crust of a pizza slice lol.

Crispy chicken Poblano is very good.

Thai chicken crunch is okay. It’s just salad. Added some hot sauce.

Smoothies are okay. Come in a compostable cup and reed straw. Cup felt a bit flimsy as it sat, probably absorbing moisture but it still held up. Straw was neat.

Honey adobo is good.

The salads are soooo mediocre and just bland. I went home and added more toppings because 4 little scoops isn’t cutting it. $14 for a salad that wasn’t good was beyond me. The corn was soggy and the chicken thigh meat was very tough and brown looking. Wish I took a picture. I’ll just stick to my was salad for $11. The workers were sweet and can tell they enjoy their job.

My bf and I tried this place out looking for another salad option besides Chopt across the street and ordered the Crispy Chicken Poblano salad and the Honey Adobo Chicken Lime salad. Both had a nice kick to them, but the chicken in the crispy chicken poblano seemed to be a weird frozen breaded tender rather than marinated overnight and cooked in small batches like advertised on their napkins. I ordered the medium dressing option as I typically do yet both were heavily dressed which really just turned them to mush so it’s hard to taste the quality of the ingredients other than the mystery meat chicken.

I ordered the honey crispy chicken wrap and it was absolutely disgusting! The wrap barely had chicken in it and was not crispy as advertised in the photo. The chicken was the same type of chicken wawa gives out but sadly wawa is the better choice. I had to open the wrap to see if it had any chicken in it because the wrap was heavily packed with weird tasting veggies. This was the worse wrap I have ever tasted and will I will not be back!

The lady at the register was nice but upcharged us $0.95 for a small ketchup cup of dressing. Funny considering the first cup they gave us was just as tiny. You’d think they’d give you more dressing for an entire salad, but maybe they make a lot of their money by intentionally shorting customers dressing and then upcharging them for the proper amount.
The upcharge would not have been an issue had they given an actual extra dressing, but even with the additional cup, there is still not enough to get the whole salad. The portions inside the salad were big but without dressing, who wants to eat chicken and lettuce dry? Charging a $0.95 ‘dressing tax’ is a bold way to tell customers you’re nickle-and-diming them.
Definitely won’t be back.
