I love this restaurant, but unfortunately their corporate customer service is not good. They also outsource their delivery to a third party like Uber Eats, and when your order doesn’t show up, that’s just too bad. Had that experience recently; I ended up having to drive there anyway despite paying for delivery to avoid that. The staff on site is great and remade my food, but corporate wouldn’t refund my money after that extremely frustrating experience. Think twice before ordering delivery through their website. Order in person and save yourself the hassle.

I love Just Salad, but not this location. This location skimps out when adding in ingredients, causing the salad to not be as good as other locations. For example, I ordered 2x chicken to be added to the salad on 3 different occasions and each time I still got less chicken compared to when I order 1x chicken at other locations (Pompton Lakes, Totowa). Same with salad dressing. I have to order “heavy” here but it’s still not the same when compared to ordering “normal” as other locations.

This salad was 20$ including tip and it was worth EVERY penny I appreciate the open variety of choices they have and it definitely is FRESH <3 Hopefully they add more variety of nuts to they selection. 20$ is alot of money to be spending on a salad BUT it was so incredibly fulfilling and satisfying the moment I took a bite I forgot ALL about the money issue. Worth it.

I’ve been a satisfied customer since opening until this week.
Yesterday I went in and ordered the same salad that I’ve ordered for months. I usually substitute out the feta, pita chips and swap chicken thigh for chicken breast for allergy/dietary reasons with in like items. Yesterday the worker told me 3 substitutes is an extra charge. Today I went in and ordered the same salad but instead only substituted the feta and chicken while eliminating pita chips. So less items in the salad and the manager wanted to charge me extra. The most frustrating of it all is she gave me less ingredients – not only did I eliminate items she didn’t put the rice in! So she wanted to

Can’t believe found a place that so exceeds expectations. Way more than “Just Salad”!!!! Yes food is fresh and tasty. Yes it is served with professional and cheerful smiles. Also consistently the same every time. Restaraunt is always clean and service is fast. Love the choices. Love the sustainability. Love the food!!!!

2024-03-15 – These days, a fast-casual restaurant location is only as good as its manager. The manager at this location keeps the queue moving with attentiveness and intelligence.
Just Salad’s menu is incredible, and I am addicted to the Warm Chicken Thigh + Goat Cheese bowl, to the point where I am ravenous with anticipation as lunchtime approaches. The service team always fulfills my order by the time indicated when i place my order in advance, and again, i believe this is fully due to highly effective management personnel on-site during the lunch rush.
This is a lunchtime ritual for me that I could not be more satisfied in life with.

Friday nights are my favorite nights out in Morristown. Why? Because I get to spoil myself with the uber delicious food from Just Salad.
