The service was great, everyone in the store was friendly, it was very clean, and there were a lot of seating options! They’ve only just opened so I think they still need to get in their groove a little bit about how to efficiently run the food line.
I like the premise of this store but honestly it was pretty overpriced for what it is. We ordered the build your own salads and it seemed like everything was an up-charge. What you can get in the “build your own” cost was very basic and limited. Things like shredded cheese and almonds cost extra. The salad tasted okay, it wasn’t really anything out of the ordinary. The two $9 salads ended up being over $25, and the only extra thing was that chicken was added to one of them. Even when I asked if I could trade out two regular ingredients for one premium (seemed like a fair trade off) they said no.
I think getting one of the menu salads is a better bang for your buck.

I had a great experience thanks to the manager Darren on duty. He was extremely helpful, and genuinely cared about providing excellent service. His leadership was clear in the positive, welcoming atmosphere, and the staff worked well together. It’s obvious he takes pride in his work and his team. This was one of the best experiences I’ve had at a just salad location. The food is 10/10

Just Salad is a wonderful addition to the Ocean/Wanamassa area. They have a great selection. I love that they change up their menu with different seasonal specials. Everything I’ve tried has been delicious! They also have a few different protein options for vegetarians, which is really nice. The store is neat and clean and the food is fresh. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, especially the manager Maria. This has quickly become one of my go-to lunch spots when working from home.

I got the Harvest Bowl and something very similar to it but in a salad. SUPER DELICIOUS! I subbed the mushrooms for Beets. The food is fresh and delicious. A great healthy option if you’re looking for “fast food”. Can’t get enough! Everyone at the Ocean Location has been hard working, kind, and efficient. Thanks!!
I was reading through some of the reviews and WOW, too many “Karen’s”. I get the pricing issues, I also came across that when trying to order online. But seriously? It’s a new business with new workers who consistently have people coming in and online orders to fulfill. Have some grace and empathy… Sweet lord! It’s like no one here has ever made a mistake before.

This place is completely done for me.
I tried to order one of their special bowls when I was in line they refused to serve it to me and said I had to place the order through the mobile app, so I stepped out of line and placed the order for the exact same dish in the mobile app. Once it processed, I got back in line and showed them – they proceeded to tell me that they didn’t have the right ingredients and couldn’t make it and had to decline my order. Staff is an embarrassment

First timer, I ordered Chicken Avocado salad and there was NO AVOCADO! Just one very small piece of Avocado?? And I told the guy how much I love avocado and that’s why I ordered that salad! Salad was mostly lettuce, very little corn. Some chicken and tomatoes. Not worth what I paid, $13.99? Don’t know because I requested paper receipt on kiosk but didn’t get one. The only good thing I can say is that the staff was very nice & friendly. I tried to call once I got home but you can’t call store directly. Won’t go back.
