We have never been to a Just Salad location before. Unfortunately our experience was not good. We placed our order online and picked it up 20 minutes later.
From the pictures you can see the salads are small, not even visible from a side picture. Pictures were taken before we touched them. They were absolutely not worth the price. Which was $33 for 2 Salads.
The worst part was the missing ingredients.
I got the Honey Crispy Chicken Salad. It was missing the CHICKEN, corn and feta cheese. Also missing were my add-ons I chose of the Greek Medley (onions, peppers and chickpeas) and Tillamook White Cheddar cheese.
My husband made his own salad. As you can see, it was mostly greens. His salad was missing Roasted Sweet Potatoes, sliced Apples and Avocado.
I called the number to be told it was a call center and my choice was to get another order of our exact salads to go back to pick up, or email with pictures for a refund. No way to contact the actual location.
When you have to come home to add things to your salad because the ingredients you paid for were not included, is ridiculous.
I emailed for my refund. Well they offered me a coupon of $20 to expire in 2 weeks, or a refund to our payment method for the missing ingredients. No refund for our purchase as the call center representative stated. I asked for a full refund and got an email back with the $20 coupon. No apologies, no acknowledgement of what I wrote, and no notice that they would contact the location.
Do not give this place your money. I will be giving the coupon to a coworker. I will not return! The salad places down the street in downtown Red Bank or across the street called “Greens and Grains” give better service and salads. Even Panera across the street would be a better option for a salad.

We came during a snow storm. We had the whole place to ourselves. There was no wait time. The guy at the counter was fast to get our order put together. Everything is already cooked he just had to scoop the portions into our bowl. The soup was hot. Just the right temperature. You could eat it immediately. We took our meals to go. It was nearly closing time. I highly recommend this place over Chipotle where the staff are just interested in pushing you out the door. The portions at Just Salad are sufficient. There’s a little bit of everything in the bowl and there was no shortage of food even at the end of the day. So it was a good experience, unlike Chipotle who is right across the street. I can’t say enough bad stuff about that store, especially as it nears the end of the day. Stay away from there. Even management doesn’t care. Okay enough about the horrible experience across the street. The Just Salad location was very clean. It still resembles a brand new store. Even though it was nearing the end of the day I never felt rushed. It was a good experience from start to finish.

A man who I believe was the manager made my friends’ and my experience absolutely amazing. He was so kind and welcoming from the moment we walked in, made us the best salads, and even got to-go bowls for us. He checked up on us throughout our meal to ensure that we were enjoying our salads and truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. His energy and true care about his customers and their experiences made us want to come back again—excellent service like this really stands out and definitely does not go unnoticed!

I’m a frequent customer through Uber Eats. Very inconsistent with preparing the same salad, sometimes missing ingredients, some times adding ingredients, and just today I got basically half salad delivered, I guess I’ll stay hungry for the night. Horrible.

The night lady was very rude took everyone before I told her placed a order online when I entered the woman asked me my I told her she proceeded to speak in Spanish and say something to the coworker and she thought it was funny and then she took her time to make my food and then took her sweet time and then thought it was funny still then looks at me and say I don’t have no more chicken can you wait Ten minutes as if I didn’t all ready wait a Twenty minutes prior to that When again I ordered on line I’m not sure why this happened but refuse to eat at this location again.
