From the minute we walked in the staff was welcoming and friendly. Two out of the three did not know what they wanted the server was very patient with us. Once I told him what grains I wanted he suggested a cilantro lime salad combination. You get your monies worth with the portion.

Great spot for a healthy and tasty meal! The food is very good and everything tastes fresh. The restaurant is clean and well-maintained, including the restrooms. Plenty of space to sit inside. There’s also convenient parking available. It’s located in a prime spot, right next to several other dining options with easy access. Definitely a reliable choice for a quick and nutritious bite!

Quick and healthy option with excellent customer service and lots of delicious options. Love the protein shakes, delicious wraps and wide variety of salads. I come here several times a week and have no complaints. Everything I’ve tried has been good. Gustavo and the team are always fast.

I brought my family to Just Salad for lunch and we all loved it! The ingredients were fresh and the menu had a lot more variety than you’d think. My daughter loved the Cilantro Lime Chicken bowl, and the staff was nice enough to give her a sticker (which she is still wearing). I’ll recommend this place to all of my friends at work. 10/10!

This was our first visit to Just Salad and I can now understand why so many people rave about their salads and service. As so many others shared, their ingredients are fresh and there are a lot of options if you want to build your own. We had four different salads and they were all delicious. They dress it light-moderate as requested and every bite was as good as the one before. Gustavo checked in on us a couple of times and thanked us for trying them out. He even gave us some chocolate covered almonds as a special treat! We were already fans of the place for the food but the service is efficient with a genuine focus on their customers. I look forward to returning and trying more menu items. Thank you, Gustavo! (We were so excited to eat our salads, I forgot to take pictures of them!)

We’re always impressed with their salads and market plates. Fresh, flavorful, and just plain tasty. Best of all, the prices are affordable. Today we tried their Acai Protein Punch smoothie and it was surprisingly good. Thick enough to be a light meal on its own.

I placed my order at 11:58 for 12:19 pick up. When I arrived at 12:20 my order was not even started. The cashier asked my name he said it would be a few minutes. At 12:30 I asked again about my pick up order and they promptly started making my customized salad and hot honey harvest bowl. By 12:35 the gentleman handed me my order – no apology, no thank you for coming, no NOTHING. I get back to my office and my order is missing items from both dishes. I got a hot honey harvest bowl with zero hot honey goat cheese. It is the 3rd ingredient listed on the menu. On top of that the goat cheese and feta (that I was charged for) was also omitted from the customized salad. This is our second bad experience at this establishment. I called the main number and spoke to a customer service rep named Ana who needs more training with customer service. She was dismissive and rude. Her only resolution was to return to the location (I’m on a time crunch- lunch break) or write an email. So here’s my honest review of why our company will no longer be using this establishment.

I had a good time at Just Salad yesterday with my boyfriend! The service was quick and attentive and the food was fresh. I loved the Crispy Chicken Poblano, and he just got a soup. It was great! 5 stars.

I’ve been coming to this Just Salad location regularly, and honestly, the customer service has always been excellent every single time. The team here is super attentive, friendly, and they actually take their time to get the order right — even during busy hours.
The employees are polite, quick, and really seem to care about making the food fresh instead of just rushing it.
One thing I really appreciate is how transparent and helpful the employees are. If they’re low on an ingredient, they let me know ahead of time and offer replacements instead of just skipping things. And I’ve watched them prioritize customers, not their own meals — they actually hustle to make sure orders come out right.
The food is consistently fresh, the portions are great, and I’ve never had an issue with missing ingredients. This location honestly does a better job than most other salad places I’ve been to.
Overall, the service here has always been amazing for me. Friendly staff, smooth pick-ups, and super fresh bowls. Highly recommend this location!

Maylin was amazing, she was super helpful in suggesting what the best entres would be considering my diet. She was super kind and friendly. Every restaurant should have a Maylin! The food was amazing too!! Haha
