Just visiting the city. Came here when a stranger told me they have some of the best wings in Buffalo. If this is the best, then I won’t bother getting wings anywhere else because these are the worst wings I’ve ever had. Let me break down this experience. TLDR: save your time and money, don’t shop here.
1) I was told the wait time was 30 minutes. However, it took 50 minutes for my order
2) the wings were supposed to come with celery sticks, but there was none (unfortunately I didn’t check before leaving because I was dying from hunger after waiting so long). The wings were very small, burnt (see photo), and dry. I also did not like the sauce (but maybe this is personal preference and you might enjoy it).
3) the pizza was fine. Not bad but certainly not worth a 50 minute wait. Instead of having a tomato sauce base, it had Alfredo sauce. The crust was dry though.
4) the vibe of the indoor dining was super dismal. We actually waiting out in our car because it was less depressing outside.
Overall, I would NOT recommend.

I ordered their pepperoni pizza but received a cheese. It was really good, just missing a topping. It was the end of the day on a Friday so I understand. The fries, onion rings, and mozzarella sticks were really good. First New York Pizza joint I’ve tried. The food all tasted fresh and was delivered pretty quickly after I ordered. I’m adding them to my list of favorite restaurants based on my experience. Everything I couldn’t finish held up really well the next day.

This place is unfortunately turning into a do not go to really fast. Even though the wings and pizza have been good the customer service and experience has been nothing but pathetic. Of the last three times I’ve ordered, once I placed an order 3 hours early for a specific time and the food was still 30 minutes late, the second time they forgot to start making my pizza (how, I have no clue), the third time they forgot to make one of my wing orders. Each time I was offered absolutely nothing-they acted like I should just accept it and wait. Shame on me for continuing to go. Not going to make that mistake anymore-there are plenty of other options. Until they get there act together I suggest supporting other businesses

Food is good, but not for the wait. Scheduled to pick food up at 3pm. They said it’ll be a few minutes. We’ve been waiting for over an hour. Now it’ll be about 5 minutes? Not sure how long that’ll be. If you want good pizza and wings, order from elsewhere.

I was in buffalo visiting family and I thought this was place I loved for chicken finger sub. I was wrong and very disappointed it was like the sub was dry hard to swallow very sad. Then I remembered it was jims steak out is what I wanted I wish this sub was good bc more then half went into garbage.

Do NOT order from this location. They ALWAYS under quote you on the time and then when you pick it up, they hide behind the fact that they’re under staffed as the reason. Sorry that you’re understaffed but then either don’t open, or adjust your wait times. Waited for over an hour for a pizza after being quoted 30-40 mins. Food finally came out and it was burned and they didnt care because “they were too busy.”

Absolutely rude staff tonight and there are way too many other good places to eat! I’ll never return to any just pizza now. Food is also not ready waited an extra 25 minutes during a bills game.
This place is filthy rude a what a waste of $60.

Just Pizza is one of my favorite Buffalo Pizza Spots but this location isn’t it. Rude staff, never anyone at the counter, and minimum 20 minutes on top of whatever time they made up over the phone. Go somewhere else, you’ll get decent pizza here, but you’ll also get a headache.
