Staying at a nearby hotel with limited breakfast choices, I made the short walk to Just Love Coffee and it did not disappoint. I had a spinach and feta womelette, and my only regret was not getting the salsa (instead of sour cream). Very light and fluffy omelette with the perfect amount of spinach. The coffee was suburb. I drink decaf and ordered a latte. When the barista asked for milk options, she suggested oat milk (her favorite). It did not disappoint and now I’m a convert! So yummy. I will definitely come back when I’m here and try the lunch options next.

The price is way to much. I love coffee but not overpriced its coffee why pay more when Casey’s down road with easy parking and cheaper coffee in fact pizza and coffee was cheaper at Casey’s than one coffee at Love coffee. Don’t feel obligated to have to tip at Casey’s. And why tip for a $5 coffee?

Just Love Coffee offers a cozy and inviting atmosphere, blending the warmth of a small coffee shop with a laid-back, welcoming vibe. The space is perfect for a quiet morning or a relaxed afternoon, with soft lighting and a comforting ambiance that makes it easy to settle in and enjoy a good meal. For my visit, I ordered the Riptide, a refreshing and flavorful drink that struck the perfect balance between sweetness and richness. It was smooth, well-crafted, and complemented the meal beautifully. The attention to detail in both the drinks and the overall experience truly made Just Love Coffee stand out as a charming spot for coffee lovers and food enthusiasts alike.
For my meal, I chose the Womlette, a unique take on a classic omelet, paired with Nutella waffles on the side. The Womlette was hearty, well-seasoned, and had a homemade quality that made each bite satisfying. The Nutella waffles were a delightful contrast—light, fluffy, and perfectly sweet, with just the right amount of indulgence. Every element of the meal tasted fresh and thoughtfully prepared, elevating what could have been a simple breakfast into something special. The combination of great food, a relaxing environment, and a menu that feels both comforting and creative ensures that I’ll be returning to Just Love Coffee in the future.

It is in Downtown Knoxville across the street from Chipotle by The University of Tennessee. I ordered the womelette and a 16 oz hot, decaf sugarfree hazelnut latte. The womelette was a waffle shaped omelette with peppers, onions, sausage, and cheddar cheese. It came with a side of sour cream and mild salsa. I was the only one here. The people are friendly, the food is delicious, and the coffee is superb. If I could rate 10 stars I would do it.

Bottom line: great coffee, great service, and clean, great atmosphere. Very impressed with this little joint. Baristas know how to actually make a latte. So many other shops scorch the milk and it kills me- but not these guys! Beautifully crafted creations are all they serve in their mugs! Overall presentation of the shop floor is very aesthetic and pleasing. They have a delightful selection of breakfasts, lunch foods, and pastries. Highly recommended for the campus student or the traveler passing through. This cafe is conveniently located right in front of the Graduate Hotel.

Great food, felt welcomed, and surprisingly quiet. My wife and I enjoyed our experience plus could have a conversation. Definitely will be back.

My all time favorite coffee and tea cafe! Better than the others! I love that they brew the tea so you don’t end up with a tea bag that sits in the hot water making the tea bitter. Be patient when it’s busy!

A great little coffee, breakfast and lunch spot right on the main strip adjacent to the UT Knoxville campus. Charles was an outstanding server, attentive, and friendly, food was excellent. I had the waffles, and my wife had the avocado toast. Excellent flavor and good value.

I’ve been living in Knoxville for over three years. I’m originally from South Vancouver, Canada. I still can’t believe I haven’t tried the local restaurants in my region. Until this morning, the food was excellent. I had the English breakfast!
