My experience was, okay. I was traveling through the area and used google to find local coffee (nothing against Starbys, etc, just like to go local). After perusing the menu, I ordered the Red Eye. It was decent – not sure if the coffee/espresso was not good or it was my preferences, but I would not order again. I did not order any food. The guy that took my order looked like he had been up all night or just gotten out of bed. His service was okay, but nothing I would call on level with Panera/etc. He had a laptop open that he went back to after taking my order. The atmosphere was nothing cozy. I wanted to sit and read a book while I enjoyed my drink, but it was not that type of place. Overall, it is okay.

Very busy, popular place. The two ladies taking your order were very nice and helpful. My waffle was a little on the tough side but it was nice to have some good fruit on top. The only option for eggs is scrambled. I kinda felt my $17. could’ve gone a little farther but that’s the case with so many places these days. Good coffee, nice people.

I want to love Just Love, but waiting almost 20min for 2 iced coffees is a little ridiculous. We waited at the drive thru menu about 5 minutes before deciding to just go in and order. That should’ve been my sign to leave, but I waited a couple more minutes to order before waiting.
I felt really bad for the only guy up front trying to take orders, fill orders, make drinks and man the drive-thru! It seemed like only 1 person was handling the kitchen 2. For a Saturday morning, maybe they were just hurting for people, but you’d expect at least 3 upfront.
Waiting aside, my iced White chocolate tiramisu latte was really good! Not sure if it was wait for 20 minutes good, but it was good!
Husband had the iced Cha-Cha, and it was equally bursting with flavor.
I’d recommend ordering online or just planning to wait.

Went there yesterday and didn’t experience a long wait, the drinks came first – I ordered a white chocolate tiramisu frappe and my bf ordered a watermelon refresher. My frappe was pretty good, not all the way blended, but tasted good. The watermelon refresher just tasted like sour sugar syrup. I ordered a chicken waffle which was the most disappointing part of my experience. The waffle was good but the chicken was dry and seemingly had been left to sit out for who knows how long. My bf wasn’t impressed with the value for price paid on his – he got a chicken wrap which came with a side of chips. We spent $31 there and based on this experience, was definitely not worth the high price tag. I’m sure we will give them another shot in the future but we’re not going to rush to do so.

I ordered my coffee with no milk or cream, they give it to me and it has cream. I say this is not what I ordered. The 2 gentlemen working have a discussion and look at me and shake their head no. And they both walk away. $ 6.00 for a drink I can’t drink. 0 customer service. Menu looks awesome but I’ve learned my lesson.

Wanting for a gift card and like most people I was in a hurry so some of this is undoubtedly my fault for not paying attention to what I’m signing . Was charged $30.75 for a $25 gift card. Realized it once I got home. Considering the very long wait time to even get the gift card I felt “slighted” to say the least when I realized I’d somehow given a 20% tip for something as simple as a gift card. Lesson learned.

My Omelet was just OK. The service was quick. I really like that they offer several types of sauces. Although, I think my Omelet could use more seasoning and flavor. It was a bit bland even with the salsa on top.

Asked for a white chocolate frappe and when I got it the drink was smothered in Carmel
Went inside and asked if it was the wrong drink and they said no that has Carmel and was just rude about it.
Didn’t offer to help fix the issue and just walked away
