I was honestly super disappointed coming here last night. I used to love this ice cream shop but now it is just so inconsistent. When I pulled into a parking spot, I saw the girls Sighing, as if they were disappointed that we were coming in. Almost to the point, I told my significant other that we just need to go somewhere else because I did not feel welcome. Immediately coming in, They say they can only accept cash. This Happens a ton. The girls seemed clueless. We run across the street, Grab cash, Come back and they say that the cash register is now working… We proceeded to order…. I was still excited to get my ice cream, but it was the worst I’ve ever had from here. My bubble cone was so burnt tasting I could not even eat it…. Sometimes I go in and this place is perfect, but then others I feel very unwelcome and The quality is just not the same. I just wish this place could be consistent and welcoming each time we come.

Friendly staff and many unique options. I had a standard milk shake which was very good. I think those who want something unique or different would really love this place. Great ice cream stop when in the Ft Wayne area not far from most popular places.

The ice cream was amazing and the staff are super sweet and friendly. Very fun Halloween decor right now too. My partner and I both said we wish we had this shop back home in IL. We’ll definitely come back if we’re ever in the area again. ☺️

BEST ICECREAM EVER! The staff here is so sweet and let us try some of their VERY unique flavors. It was so hard to choose what to get because EVERYTHING sounds so good! Love the free sprinkle area! I ended up with there fudgey mint flavor. They get their icecream from a nearby chocolate sweets place that makes it QUALITY! Thank you to the kind staff and for a great time!

I have visited Just the Cream ice cream for a couple of times now. It is a great little shop on the Northside of Fort Wayne. They have so many different flavors of ice cream. All of the ice cream flavors are unique and amazing. The place is pretty small but it has great atmosphere. I love the sprinkle shakers on every table, it is a great little touch. They have complimentary water which is also a nice little touch. The prices are pretty cheap and you get a lot of ice cream. Even when it is busy the line goes very quickly.I love to take my children there for a special treat.

I wish they had more nondairy options (not gelato or sorbet). They rotate them, so sometimes I get lucky. Some of the extreme shakes are very good as well.
