I ordered a tray of mac n cheese and 2 trays of wings from them for my daughter’s birthday party. when I tell you that food was a HIT!! It literally was gone with in a hour (mind you it was a 4hr event)and yes there was other food their too. I wish i had took a pic first. Butta I’d definitely order from them again. I did love that they were a small buisness and black-owned. If I had to suggest any thing it’d be a better sign. I feel yal need a good visible sign, because i want everyone to easily be able to find n see yal so they too can taste yals delicious food.☺️

All I can say is I’m highly disappointed… I’ve ate from here before and the food and presentation was better last time. My onions still had skin on them as they weren’t all the way peeled, the Mac and cheese were just noodles with shredded cheese on top, brisket was tough like jerky, and the chicken was suppose to be honey BBQ But tasted like just bbq sauce. All in all I spent 40 for two plates and this is what I got. Very upset this was given to me and thought it was okay. Customer service was good, kool aid was good, and the baked beans were good, but everything else highly dissatisfied.

I rarely treat myself with takeout so this was a massive disappointment.
Brisket 0/10 – Every single piece of brisket I had was literally like chewing a rubber boot. I apologize for those that can’t stand looking at chewed food but it is what it is and it shows I that i actually tried.
Yams 5/10 – They were ok, just not sweet enough but that’s subjective.
Greens 4/10 – Also very subjective just because my family loves greens these had minimal flavor.

Good food friendly service. Thier Heaven on earth nachos are slamming. Give them nachos a try you’ll be running back for more. Everything on their menu is cooked to order but it’s definitely worth the wait. The new item I posted is a photo ocalled the Philly cheese steak loaded fries plate. Definitely another winner.

I drove all the way from Dallas to try JC BBQ and it was worth the entire 2 hr drive! The food was delicious, it had that down home feel and taste! I had the Mississippi pot roast over mashed potatoes (only served on Thursday’s) with Mac and green beans and my wife had catfish with baked beans and Buffalo chicken fries. I couldn’t keep my hands off her fries, they were so cheesy and good! The pot roast was literally perfect, it was seasoned immaculately, tender as a baby’s bottom and lots of gravy, the potatoes were homemade and delicious, the Mac was cheesy and rich and the green beans were well seasoned and paired perfectly. I would return to this restaurant and order the same thing a million times. The only problem I have is that there isn’t one closer to me! Go try them, you will not regret it!

The portions were huge, worth the price. The banana pudding was box pudding mix. The peach cobbler was way too sweet and crust was way over cooked. Potatoe salad had an over powering mustard taste. BBQ WAS THE BEST. Ribs tender full of meat, brisket was moist and tender. Chicken was juicy. Husband got all meat loaded plate. It was loaded fries with tons of meat topping. 100% recommended only the BBQ. BTW husband ate most of his fries before I could take pic. We had ours delivered through grubhub.

They have delicious food! My sister and I always get the loaded chicken fries. We drive all the way from Temple. They are very friendly and hospitable people. I have had their catfish plate and it was perfectly golden crisp and seasoned.

I ordered through the waitr app and this was my first time trying this particular BBQ spot. I had to call them first to ask a question and the gentleman I spoke to was very accommodating. My food arrived and I was pleasantly surprised that it looked like the photos on the menu (great start). The Nachos have changed my requirements for nachos now (I loved them!). The ribs were tender, the Mac and cheese wasn’t overly seasoned which I appreciated because not everyone can have a lot of sodium and the greens were well cooked ( I did wish they had a little more seasoning for taste) but some hot sauce made everything alright. Overall I have found a new BBQ restaurant that has great portions and prices! Highly recommended.

Jimmy and family were so friendly and kind. Just in Killeen for the night and it was the highlight.
The catfish plate was very generous and delicious! The prices were more than generous. The Mac and cheese was by far my favorite, perfectly cheesy and pasta cooked perfectly. Definitely a home feel. Check it out!
