Such a relaxing and great dinner experience. The staff was so welcoming and friendly. The food was amazing fresh and can tell it was cooked from scratch with love. Was a great overall experience. If u are looking for fresh homemade cooking this is the place to be.!!

Looked up great places to eat in Colorado springs and this restaurant came up. I believe this restaurant is popular with locals and I was even told “I was in for a treat” while at our resort. We ordered the food to go and unfortunately it wasn’t very good. Maybe it’s because we’re from the south but the fried chicken wasn’t seasoned, the biscuits were average and the rice potatoes weren’t good. The okra dish was good and the coconut pie was great. This restaurant was really a ranch with a great aesthetic off the road. The staff was nice and helpful while ordering and picking up.

My wife & I came here after a friend recommended going on a Sunday to get their Nashville hot chicken special & man, am I glad we did! The service was great, the small old homey atmosphere was comforting, the food was amazing (probably the best fried chicken & apple butter I’ve ever had), & the price was very reasonable for everything included (appetizers, family style entree with all the fixins, & dessert). Absolutely recommend this place!!

Delicious food from scratch and an amazing atmosphere. Had a wonderful Father’s day dinner. We had the ham and skillet fried chicken. No complaints about any of the food and the service was quick! Definitely make a reservation and make sure you go HUNGRY. The only part of the meal you can take to go is the chicken and biscuits. Plus they refill all your food if you want more!

We had been going to Juniper Valley Ranch for decades, but missed about four years, with Covid and all. Family came for a visit, and this was the best excuse to get back to an old favorite. It had changed. The atmosphere was the same; just so charming and authentic to the origins of the chicken ranch and the two sisters who started the restaurant. All good. The servers had changed; I didn’t notice any of the family I’d seen years before. The servers were charming, attentive, friendly… felt like friends having us over to eat. Then the food came. The coleslaw had changed a bit; had a bit more vinegar and the sweet, sour tangy taste was really lovely. I’d never eaten it before, but I sure did this time. The ‘fixins’ came, the potatoes and gravy and the okra casserole, the biscuits, the apple butter, and the chicken. I really don’t know how they could improve on what we had before, but it was just wonderful. My family was so happy. The entire experience was just as great as could be.

We had a wonderful dinner at Juniper Valley Ranch. My daughter and I had the chicken fried steak and my son had the ham. All delicious. Desserts come with dinner. I forgot to take pics of our meals… I guess we were too hungry. Lol Enjoy!

Incredible fried chicken and chicken fried steak! This is the epitome of homemade food! The atmosphere was super cozy and just delightful. The apple butter was incredibly tasty and they sell it by the jar to take home too. The peach crisp was incredible. Make sure to ask for ice cream and their homemade butterscotch on top of it.

Great out of the way restaurant. First time here. The food was delish. Service was attentive, when you finish a dish they bring a fresh one to your table! Price is inclusion per person, cocktails are separate pricing. The choice of eats are Chicken or Ham, with their great sides. Will do a return visit. The grounds are actually their working homestead. Awesome experience.
