At Junior’s Pizza in Orlando, FL, we are always striving to serve the best food possible, with the freshest ingredients available. All of our sauces are made from scratch, we make our pizza dough daily, hand-toss our pizzas, and then bake them in a brick oven. Our bread is delivered daily by a local baker and most importantly, we only use 100% Real Grande Mozzarella Cheese (not many pizzerias can say that!). In addition to our love of pizza, we also love supporting our community.

We order from Junior’s all the time and usually love it—a solid NYC-style pizza that’s been a go-to for our family for years. Prices have gone up, which is expected with inflation, and that hasn’t been an issue for us.
Unfortunately, our most recent experience was extremely disappointing. We ordered an extra-large cheese pizza for pickup for our family, and we are vegetarian. With two hungry kids, we grabbed the pizza and headed out. Before the adults even took a bite, we noticed pepperoni on the pizza.
We immediately called the restaurant. They asked for a photo, which we sent. Then they questioned it and asked for another photo, as if we weren’t being truthful. The manager never came on the phone, and there was no apology or refund offered. Instead, we were told to call back in 15 minutes—then waited 30 minutes—only to be told our options were to drive back for a replacement or receive a future discount.
It was Christmas Eve. We were not going to drive back out of the way, and the entire situation completely ruined the experience. Mistakes happen, but the lack of accountability, apology, or basic customer service was shocking—especially on a holiday. What kind of customer service is this?

the owners are super sweet and friendly. all 3, the 2 owners and the cook, greeted me as soon as i walked through their doors. the cook? forget about it, he’s the best! my pizza is always super hot and fresh. i ordered wings and had a request on the online notes and was given just that. i was super impressed. i’ve been going here for a couple years now but stopped just for personal reasons and have started to go back again. also, their prices are super affordable. just this month i’ve ordered 3x. if they had a reward system, i’d be on their top list overall this is my go to place.

This was the place the only place I would buy my Sicilian slices. The 2nd to last time I ordered it it was thin not thick like they made it for years. I said I’ll try again and it was worst not only was it thin but very small I was totally disappointed. If I wanted a thicker pizza I would had ordered it. Awful will not try again. New owners need to bring back the pizza person who worked there before they came. Not worth the money.

I have been going to Jrs Pizza for the better part of 4 years now. This is the only place in Orlando that I truly believe makes the best and closest to NY pizza in the city of Orlando everyone and I mean every sucks at making a good pie in this damn city but I have been blessed to find Jrs. However, today idk what new guy you got back there but I swear to you it tastes like cafeteria pizza from the 90’s. The pizza was so under cooked that I can still see the lines from the shredded cheese smh. I asked him to put it back in the oven to actually cook my pizza vs giving me a raw pie. Secondly I take the pizza home to feed my family and the dough was so THICK it tasted like I was eating a sub with melted cheese on it and no sauce. And the sauce BARELY ANY ON IT IT WAS GLORIFIED CHEESY BREAD. Now I’m not gonna lie if this was anywhere else I wouldn’t even leave a review. BUT I SPENT 50 freaking dollars you guys are not cheap and never have been …. and I give you guys so much business you might as well be a monthly bill for my house hold. So I tell you all this in detail to say. ️FIRE THE NEW GUY‼️‼️‼️‼️ He sucks

Ordered the Family special, pepperoni pizza, garlic knots, wings with a drink, then added a large deluxe and salad. Delicious! The garlic knots were so savory and mouthwatering. The kids loved the pepperoni pizza, the in-laws and I loved the deluxe. The crust was crispy and delicious, the sausage was different in a great way. The toppings combined so well. Good wings too. Definitely will be coming back.
The waitresses checked up on us regularly, very polite and courteous.

Love the pizza here but check your box before you leave. Twice I’ve picked up from here and gone home with the wrong pizza. Figured the first one was a common error but twice… They gave me free garlic knots though

Juniors Pizza & More has been my go-to pizza and wing place since 2008-2009 (can’t remember exactly) and they have ALWAYS had the best wings and wing prices of any other restaurant in town. I’ve gone as far as ordering 200 wings a couple days in advance for a friends party and Juniors came through amazingly so I seriously can’t say enough great things about them. Long story short, if you haven’t been here, maybe didn’t have the best experience on a visit, or haven’t been back in a long time, you’re missing out and I can’t recommend them enough so make a visit and enjoy all around amazing food.

I Doordashed to this place to pick up someone’s order. I never heard of this place before today (1/20/26) and decided let me get a slice while I wait for the customer’s order to be completed. The charge was like 2.87, she submits and it goes up to 2.92. And when I’m done paying my bank says you’ve charge 3.00. I ask the main guy, “yoi guys tax for using card?” He replied “yeah, we haven’t had much money coming in” skipping the rest of that convo…to my surprise they gave me this large corner slice cheese thin pizza. I thank them and hit the road.
Lightly crispy dough, melted cheese, not too much sauce and it gave me a sense of NY pizza from NY not Florida.
I make it home and tell my wife I’ve been craving Papa John’s pizza and wanted wings. She said yes but not wings from there. I said well I had this delicious pizza from Juniors and they do wings.
We order from there and the pizza tasted smaller, thicker and not fully melted cheese. It tasted like dollar store microwave pizza. The wings were watered down sauces and I could barely stomach the smell of the teriyaki sauce on mine. Just a batch of hot garbage. We officially placed this on a never again list. I’m not sure if these 4.3 high star rating comes from a different chef but my wife and I were highly dissatisfied (to say the least) and our 2 year daughter didn’t even eat it. Waste of $31.
Constructive criticism:
-Stretch out your pizza, thin it out a bit and let it cook longer for a crispy outer dough but a soft interior.
-Let the cheese melt fully to the stretch.
-Master that style on 1 slice until you can replicate it on a full pie.
-Let the sauce cook into the skin of the wings, or lightly season each flavor with a dry version when the meat is raw (unless you by frozen wings and throw sauce on it then never mind)
But at a time when you’re down have a passion to your cooking, love what you do don’t let this woah is me approach come over your business because it reflects on your food and the customer’s can tell whether they tell you or not. Good luck with everything. You guys seem like good folks. Shake it off and keep your spirits up!

Honestly this was a pretty bad experience. They told me my pizzas would be ready in about 30 minutes, so I showed up around that time. When I walked in they said give them 5 more minutes, so I waited. Then 5 minutes turned into 20, then 30, and at that point I realized they basically forgot I was even there. I ended up waiting a full hour for a simple order. Nobody updated me, nobody apologized, nothing. Super frustrating. I’m giving this place 1 star because this was ridiculous. Hopefully they fix their service because this was not it.
