finally fantastic real hot chicken. too many other places just use regular hot sauce and call it hot chicken. this is nashville style complete with white bread and pickles. just perfect. super friendly folks working the cart too. i went with hot which was plenty hot for me : )

I always see juniors hot chicken on tiktok and finally got around to trying it, It’s as good as it looks. Also farrrr better than daves/canes. the chickens made to order and taste like real quality chicken. I recommend getting the slider

First thing, this is I’m a food cart pod. But it’s one of the fancy food cart pods with nice seating, even a huge indoor dining area, where you can even grab beers and mixed drinks as well.
Second, Hot Chicken is a unique style of fried chicken. It’s not like KFC or Popeyes or any of those. It’s coated with an excess of spices, fried, sometimes it’s dreged through a spicy vinegar, then coated with a paprika based seasoning that is packed with more spices that determine the spice levels. When done right, all of the spices and flavors come out, not just the heat of the spice. A lot of places go too heavy with the spice and that kills the rest of the flavors.
Juniors was pretty spot on I thought. I did medium spice level, and it had a good flavor and great spice level all the way through. The chicken was moist and crispy with a decent coating of the seasonings. The fries were good and seasoned well. Hot Chicken is also served on plain, white bread to soak up any extra grease (there usually isn’t much) and to provide you with the chance of eating it like a wrap with the bread. The drink selection was just a couple of different flavors of canned soda, but there’s loads of other options at the various food carts around.
So if you like Hot Chicken, give it a shot. If you’re feeling adventurous, give it a shot. But don’t go in thinking it’s just plain style fried chicken.
I would drive from Vancouver again to eat here!

absolutely phenomenal. best food in Gresham for sure. the bun is so soft, the fries and whatever spices are used are out of this world, and the chicken is incredible. great service on top of it all.

Super friendly staff and amazing food! You can’t go wrong with the “sliders” which are actually more of whole sandwiches with a massive chicken strip on them! I absolutely recommend checking out their cart and don’t forget to get an extra side of their Jr. Sauce for your fries!!
