One thing to be carful regarding direction of the restaurant at the last point .. Google map will take you front gate of the hotel while the gate of the restaurant is back side …
Whoever cooks the food deserves a gold medal. They don’t skip quality despite having a variety. The eating arrangement is very private. Perfect for a family that just wants to eat alone and not be bothered with other guests. This place is a great addition to Savannah/Pooler. If you love Korean food, this is/should be a must visit. My wife and I have been here twice in one week, and we’ll probably be back again soon.
Second, the service style is strange. Every group is in its own cubicle. It was hard to ask service, only way is press the bottom and wait for someone and most of the employees can’t seem to speak English well.
Overall, with the rising competition of Korean restaurants in sav, pooler area. They don’t have enough edge to compete yet. Maybe they will in the future with improvements.
When I looked at the menu, everything was overpriced across the board. I understand that Korean ingredients might be harder to source in this area, but still, the prices were unreasonable.
Poor value and unnecessary extra charges.
Compared to other Korean restaurants in the area, this place fell short in both quality and value. Even rice wasn’t included and had to be ordered separately for an extra charge.
Feels like a trap for local Korean workers.
It was quite obvious they were trying to overcharge Korean workers from the nearby Hyundai Plant. While eating, I could clearly understand why this place has such a poor reputation. Definitely a restaurant I won’t be returning to.
We were all so excited to eat what was served, that we didn’t get any photos of how great the food was presented. I would go as far to say that, they have the best flavor and presentation for Korean food in Pooler so far!
I would recommend going here if you are looking for authentic comforting Korean dishes, not just the bbq!
I will say it was minimal decorations and no music at the time we went, but we didn’t let that stop us from enjoying the food. I would rather the focus of a new restaurant to be on the flavor and quality of food than the overdone interior decor. So just be prepared to be in a secluded room or outside patio to enjoy your meal.
