A friend of mine invited me here for an early lunch. She’s been here a number of times and let me know the food was really good. She DID NOT LIE. We came in and were greeted warmly. We had a lot to talk about and kept getting distracted forgetting to actually look at the menu to order and the woman helping us was so patient and kind she gave us all the time we needed and answered all of our questions. We ordered the plantain spring rolls and salmon bites as appetizers, one rum punch and one fruit punch for drinks, my friend got oxtails with pasta and added sweet chili shrimp I got oxtails with rice plantains and cabbage. Not only were the dishes just beautiful. They tasted bomb. Flavors were so on point!! I traveled from Jersey and I can’t wait to visit again! Really the sweetest environment and people with delicious food. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Blessings to you guys. You can’t find this everywhere.

Had my mom’s 80th here and we had a great time! Food was good, servers were friendly, and they really took care of us. When my projector wouldn’t work, they even let us use the restaurant TV so we could play birthday shout-outs from family who couldn’t be there. They truly made the day memorable and special — thank you!

Did a quick search beacause I wanted to have dinner with family and this came up for “best” Jamaican food .
I don’t know how this spot has such high ratings . Best was a stretch fo sure … let’s get ito it . Tiny spot . Looks way bigger in the picture but no biggie . We came in sat down and waited to be served . There isn’t much staff so there was a long wait . The older lady had a nasty attitude like she didn’t want us there .
We had shrimp pasta ( spicy and watery ), salmon ( my sister said it was decent but not good ) , jerk steak( tough meat ), chicken wings ( best on the table perfection) . Plantain spring rolls ( waste of money we all hated them and we like plantain) , Ackee and salt fish ( Ackee with a side of salt fish but good flavor) oxtail pasta ( they gave me literally 2 oxtails with sauce for 38 dollars ! Oxtail was good but 2 is crazy )
Sorrel wasn’t that great but I’m also used to a richer flavor . Everything looked pretty but I’m more of a give me good taste girl !
In all for the price point , travel time and wait this spot was a waste of time and I wouldn’t return . People in the area seem too like it being exposed to better has me spoiled I guess :/ . It’s a no for me but you may like it .
