From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with bright, inviting smiles and warm hospitality that made us feel right at home. The menu is full of choices for both breakfast and lunch, plus plenty of tempting sides and desserts.

My husband and I each ordered something different—one from the breakfast side and one from the lunch side—and we were both blown away. The wait time was short, the presentation was great, and the flavors were absolutely spot on. Everything tasted like true home cooking, perfectly seasoned and full of comfort. The portions were so generous, it felt like we were served enough for two meals!

Overall, this place checks every box: friendly service, cozy atmosphere, and food that leaves you smiling and satisfied. We can’t wait to come back!

This is a fantastic early morning breakfast spot. The food is great. I mean really really good! The early birds are funny to see and hear them interacting with each other.

The Junction Scramble and Corned Beed Hash are my favorites.

True American vibe, small counter, couple of booths and lot of older locals. Great breakfast & women cooks – food was delicious. Very reasonably priced and wish it was closer to home.

Hurry up because this little known gem in the NW is about to go viral! Everything on the menu is absolutely awesome and usually you are either STUFFED or need a to go box. The BEST COFFEE I can remember having in a restaurant. The workers are happy people that can really make your day too. You can tell they put their all into their creations. You will be sitting in your great grandma’s kitchen. And the locals may be chatting across the bar about what’s happening ing up the street so there is never a dull moment. If you’re new in Poulsbo. Here is where you find you are welcome.

Tiny diner, but really great food. There’s not much seating, and if you don’t get there early enough, you may be waiting a little bit. However, the food is definitely worth it. The sizes are so big they overflow the plate. Even the half sizes are more than enough for a regular adult! (I don’t know who the other person was that left the reviewed compared it to a restaurant in Japan, but having lived there myself, they’re totally different countries and dining experiences. I felt that reviewer did injustice to this diner. If you’re looking for some really wholesome American food, you definitely check out junction diner!!)

Ok so googled and read reviews. The good reviews were spot on! Met the owner who was the cook. Food was tasty and freshly made. It was like going to someone’s house to eat. Only great food. Waitress was bubbly and sweet and nice Tayha hope spelling is right. Everyone treated us like they knew us! Did I say I loved this place?! Only 3 tables and bar stool seating. Its very old so its not fancy. Think they said been around since 50’s. You do have to wait a little for food. You will want to wait BELieve ME! Husband had corned beef hash and I country steak! Everything was homemade and very tasty.

Super cute, tiny place not many seats, definitely crowded and not alot of room. I did a call in to go order while passing through and was starvinggg- they said it would be 8$ for 2 eggs and a sausage patty. I when I got there I had to wait for about 10/15min and then they rang me up at 10$ which was alittle much- stated the girl quoted me wrong on the phone. But they were nice and the food seemed like real eggs and real Patty’s not the fake stuff so my starving self was happy.

Small local diner, the staff was helpful and courteous. I had the classic breakfast with two eggs ever medium, some nice thick sausage links, hash browns and sourdough toast. Reminded me of when I was a kid and some of the hole in the wall places my grandparents took me to.

We actually drove by at first, not seeing this restaurant. It’s a small ‘hole in the wall’ kind of place. The staff knew several regulars. The waitress/owner was friendly. The food was not fast, but worth the wait.! The portions are large. I got a perfectly done omelett, bacon, hash browns, toast & coffee breakfast and my husband got a mushroom Swiss burger oozing with goodness, with fries. We were both walking out with a Togo box. We will be back next time in Poulsbo.

My first time visiting the island and seeing Poulsbo, wanted to try a ‘hole in the wall’ diner place since usually those places are the best.

Well, not this one.

I ordered the Chicken Fried Steak with hash browns, white toast, and over medium eggs. The eggs were not cooked medium and the white was still very runny, the chicken fried steak was alright, but the gravy was extremely sweet and ruined the steak. My stomach started hurting and I couldn’t try the hash browns without feeling like I would throw it up. The only good part of the meal was the hot chocolate.

The waitress never checked on me, she was busy with other guests and I just felt as though I was forgotten about.

I will not return to this diner.
