The food was good and well prepared, no complaints there. However, the service could be improved. The servers seemed very distracted, did not explain the dishes, and as tourists, we were not given any guidance or recommendations.
They also did not offer or introduce any of their liquors, which was surprising for a place focused on spirits. With better service and customer attention, the experience would be much more complete.

Chicken club and the brisket reuben were very good, our son loved the fried cheese curds and pretzel bites. The Blackberry Sage cocktail was one of best mixed drinks we’ve had anywhere. When your done eating they have an awesome tasting area for their products.

From the drinks, to the food, to the customer service..Overall Great experience. My husband and I stopped by because we were told about the free tasting. They were having a special on the day we visited. We were able to sample about 9 different drinks for free. The Bam Bam was my favorite. It tastes like fruity pebbles. I loved fruity pebbles cereal as a kid and this drink brought back so many memories. It’s like drinking the milk from the cereal. After our tasting, we headed over to their restaurant which is on the other side of the bar. We tried the Blackberry and Peach Moonshine wings and they were delicious. The fried green tomatoes are my new fav. The bartender Kurt was very knowledgeable and welcoming. He answered all our questions and even recommended a few items for our next visit. If you’re ever in the Pigeon Forge area, please stop by and give this place a try. Say hello to Kurt for us…you can spot his mustache a mile away .

We had Jacob as a server. He was WONDERFUL! We had the “mac daddy” in mind based on a Google review. He suggested the Farmhouse burger and getting the firecracker sauce for our fries. We did as he suggested (which is WAY outside my comfort zone). We were NOT disappointed. It was all delicious. Not only that, but he was hilarious and so personable. Many times lately “service” isn’t great in places or very kind but he was so great! Such a breath of fresh air and we’re so glad we chose to eat at Junction 35 and that we got Jacob as a server.

Ive tried this place twice at both locations, I thought maybe the food would be better but its not. We ordered base off the servers recs (he was great) but the only thing that was good was the side salad. Never got our cheese curds, steak was nothing but fat and grisly. Even our cocktail was terrible. Tried to give them a second chance, buts its a no go for me. I will say the staff at the Tanger location is 10x better than Teaster location

We wanted to try smash burger so we came by here. Their appetizers were not too bad, wings were good. Burgers were a bit heavier and greasier than we expected.
Waitress was very energetic and friendly! But service itself was pretty slow. Granted they were busy, but it just felt like we had to wait a while for order and check, both times.

Totally amazing food and great drinks. They do offer flights to sample all their drinks. Drinks are higher proof than most other distilleries in the area. Service was also top notch. Totally recommend stopping here when in the area.

We were visiting from NC and decided to stop in after shopping at the outlet. There was a large party in there and they had about 15 kids with them and when they finished eating they were all over the place.
The brisket was delicious but our server was trying to close out the large party and no one came to refill our drinks during our meal. I had to get the bartender to get our server who still didn’t come for another 10-15 minutes. My husband never received his fries until the meal was over.

Only had drinks here, but what i did have was fantastic. Been here twice, and both times the employees were very nice and super helpful. Did a sampling of what they had, and ended up buying 6 bottles. The bomb pop was my favorite followed by the blackberry moonshine. Went to the bar and ordered a drink that looked like the 4th of July type drink. I only wished you guys were available to ship to Indiana. Until then, I guess I’ll have to find someone passing thru the area to bring it back lol. Very tasty!!!

I had the Summer Strawberry Salad—so fresh and flavorful, I wish they sold the dressing to take home! My husband enjoyed the Mac & Cheese Smash Burger, which was rich and satisfying.
The decor is modern with a rustic touch, and they accommodate large parties with ease. The service was impeccable, making our visit even more enjoyable.
