Our experience at The Junction 35 Kitchen & Bar was okay overall. The food itself was definitely below average and didn’t quite meet expectations, but since I was hungry, I ate it anyway. One highlight on the menu was the Brussels sprouts—they were actually pretty good and easily the best part of the meal.

What really stood out, though, was the service. Ethan was amazing—friendly, attentive, and genuinely made sure we were taken care of. His positive attitude and great customer service helped improve the overall experience. While the food could use some improvement, the service alone made the visit more tolerable. With better consistency in the kitchen, this place could be much better.

Lots of space and very entertaining atmosphere. Tennessee poutine is a delicious appetizer and the chicken sandwich was great also. Normally one would have fries with a sandwich but I opted for the mashed potatoes with gravy and it was some the best I’ve had in awhile. Service was great and everyone seems very friendly.

If you’re in Pigeon Forge and looking for a great place to eat, you’ve got to check out Junction 35. From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere was welcoming, the space was clean and well put together, and the food absolutely delivered. Everything we ordered was fresh, flavorful, and came out just right.

If you get the chance, ask for Anderson. He was an outstanding waiter and took care of everything we needed without us ever having to ask twice. He stayed on top of drinks, made great recommendations, and made the whole experience even better.

Great food, great service, and a great overall vibe. We’ll definitely be back next time we’re in town. Highly recommend!

Nice restaurant. Really good food. The burgers are amazing, the brisket is delicious and the smoky mountain chicken was tasty. The Brussels sprouts were absolutely to die for. The Mac and cheese was bland and barely sauced.

Loved our dinner at Junction 35. The atmosphere, food, and service were all fantastic! Three of us had the Smokehouse Mac and all loved it. One had the Tennessee Brisket Dip and also thought it was amazing. I had the Grilled Shrimp Skewers which were delicious. Sweet tea was good southern sweet tea too. They also have a great little outdoor area here with games set up. We didn’t have any alcohol this trip, but they have a large selection – you’re sure to find something you like.

We visited about 8:30 on a Thursday night (12/4/25) after seeing the great online reviews. There was a 30 minute wait, so we said we’d just eat at the bar since there were empty stools. The hostess told us no, we couldn’t go sit at the bar because the bartender was too busy. Ok, we decided to just wait the 30 minutes and enjoy a drink in the waiting area. The hostess told us no, once we entered the bar area we’d have to stay there and couldn’t come back to wait on the bench. I’ve never ever been told this before, ever! Restaurants make good profit on adult beverages… this is crazy! Ok, we sat there for 30 minutes parched. We were finally seated and it took our server, Rae, a few minutes to stop by, but she seemed very busy and was working hard for all of the guests in her section. I ordered a la carte, a grilled shrimp skewer and steamed broccoli. The shrimp wasn’t grilled. The skewer had 4 shrimp, no grill marks, no char, no seasoning, no flavor, just dry cooked shrimp. The broccoli was tender but not overcooked but was also flavorless. In addition, it was served on a very small saucer with no space to even place the empty skewer or the shrimp tails. I asked Rae for some garlic butter and she was happy to grab it. My husband ordered the fried chicken sandwich. The breading was bitter and tasted like a frozen breaded chicken breast. Definitely wasn’t freshly prepared. The sandwich had chicken, lettuce, pickles. We were so so disappointed after reading the great reviews. Rae was great but could only work within the circumstances she was given. The hostess was clueless and didn’t even know it. The bartender made a great lemon drop martini and the draft beer was cold! We would not return as tourists again.

Open light and brigh with ample seating . Friendly staff and excellent food. The smoked wings were amazing in firecracker sauce. Brisket French dip is really good too.

TLDR: Great moonshine, great service, alright food

Visited here during a short trip to pidgeon forge. We got a shrimp po-boy, BBQ platter, and a moonshine flight. We found. The food to be alright, but not particularly noteworthy. The moonshine flight, however, was delicious! Would highly recommend sampling some! We got the cold brew, orange cream, mint chocolate, and one other and we throughly enjoyed each one!

This place is such a vibe. The was great and came out fast! I loved the mural on the wall and how clean it was in here. Brandy was our server and she was very sweet. She kept our drinks capped without us ever having to ask and spoke to us with a smile on her face each time she came to our table. We definitely be back! Thank you!
