Jumpin’ Lobster was a good deal for $12.99 a lb! Came with a big piece of corn and a potato! Both were really good! Not mushy. We enjoyed the salt and pepper crab too. The place was not too busy so it was a good place to hang and catch up. Shrimp was big and fresh! Will definitely be back!

Just had an early Valentine’s dinner with my beautiful wife at the jumpin lobster. This place was awesome it was really clean cool atmosphere and the food was delicious.
We order the family pack which came with three choices of seafood and then we added one whole Dungeness crab, one whole lobster, one whole fried tilapia, and another order of king crab legs, all with the Cajun butter and garlic mix. This place by far is a great deal and very tasty just equivalent to the place across the street if you know what I mean.

This type of seafood boil restaurant is very popular in LA right now, and I can see why! The portions are massive, and the quality of the fresh seafood is outstanding. The lobster was definitely the highlight—perfectly cooked and amazing. We’ll definitely be back !

Gave this place a try for the first time as “Boiling crab” was a 2 hour wait (as usual). I can honestly say, this place is better. Quality of food, price and flavor were great! I highly recommend, I’m surprised the wait wasn’t longer. Service was also excellent and our servers were friendly. We will definitely be back!

So I’m thankful that our city finally has a boiling crab / bag o crab competitor. Good service. Good sushi. But the star of the show, the pound of shrimp lacks just a little. When compared to competitor it lacks. Talking especially about the Cajun style. The sauce is not there. They need to sauce that up. But it was fine. Hoping to see better and will go back again for other options.

No, not for me. First the positive. They did not over cook the lobster. I think possibly the sauce was made with the tamally and roe and had a funky flavor I did not like, the lobster portion was very meager. They did not split open the bun at all. They just put the lobster on top of the brioche so at first glance it looks generous. I thought at least the fries would be good but they were way over seasoned. There was a pool of the cajon seasoning under the fries. After the first bite I really thought to return it, instead I ate the remaining three bites of crappy lobster roll and inwardly critiqued myself for wasting money.

The service was amazing and they are so very nice and attentive. Even helped me bag up any leftovers. The food was good just a bit overly salty for my taste.
