Come here regularly as the food and products are good. Daughter loves the meat rice and egg dish. My sister and I love getting hot grass jelly during the cold season. We actually love getting in regularly but unfortunately only available Saturday and Sunday. Usually good. But this time we were originally given plastic cups for hot grass jelly. Then proceed to give in paper cups. Usually served in paper soup container with spoon included. I’m not sure the reason shortage or something but quite speechless. Possibly management issue. But appreciate the attention to quality of product. Unfortunately cannot appreciate to max potential because of execution.

It’s small but nice and clean, perfect for take out. The lady that took my order was really nice. The Taiwanese chicken is delicious! This was my 1st time, I will definitely be back. I want to try their other items if it’s as good as the chicken.

It’s a bit of a hole in the wall.
It’s got a dated feel with shoddy plastic tables and chairs. They still have COVID-era plastic barriers up, and they are completely plastered with various papers and notices.
The plasticware they give you is not sufficient for the task of cutting the food.
The chicken was decent, but the pork chop was gristly, and the rice was clumpy.
There was a cockroach on the floor of the bathroom.

The bubble tea was good, though. And the cashier was pleasant.

My husband and I have been going here for years and love getting their delicious Taiwanese chicken (spicy/super spicy).

Today, I was incredibly grateful for their exceptional service. I accidentally made a mistake on my online order and called to see if it could be fixed. The lady on the phone was so sweet and understanding! When I came to pick it up, she immediately recognized my order before I even said anything and was so kind and helpful!

They deserved a 5/5 even before today! I wish I could give them even more stars. Thank you so much for the wonderful service and absolutely delicious chicken!

Came here to see if they are the same as their Rockville locations. Their menu is a selection of their most popular items.
I am updating from my last visit. Ordered Taiwanese chicken, pork chop, and beef noodles. The chicken and pork chop was great, super crunchy and juicy meat. The rice comes with ground pork on top and mildly seasoned side cabbage. The beef noodle was good.
The decorations are nice. Seats are limited, not for groups.

I placed my order at 7:00.
I waited until 7:30, but my food still didn’t come out, while people who came after me got their food first.
Then they told me I had to wait another 20 minutes because they needed to cook the rice. I ended up changing rice to fries, but still had to wait extra times.
It’s amazing how they serve people who came later first, and tell me to keep waiting. What an interesting service.

Polite and super fast but the menu doesn’t indicate any pricing and it is quite expensive. Portion sizes on the small side. (Our portions looked nothing like the photos of the people giving five stars, cups were barely filled.) Carryout order.

Fried tofu had no sauce accompanying it – but the bottom of cup had a layer of oil and the bottom third of the tofu was gooey and stuck together. Weird texture. Dry. Definitely needed sauce.

String beans were just regular beans that were maybe fried in a pan? Also no sauce, just dry beans? They had some kind of spice shaken on them.

Husband had fried chicken nuggets/French fries. French fries are the shaped wiggly kind. They also had no sauces with them.

2 questionable appetizers and one mediocre meal cost $35.

Everything I order is incredible, never less. Betty, Amy, Eric, & Kevin are all great, and they always extra check my orders to ensure extra perfection. Every employee is friendly, always greeting with a smiling face 🙂 The store is also clean & tidy. With my food allergies, I am happy to say they are very allergy friendly and I 110%+ approve! Love me some Jumbo Jumbo!

This isn’t my first time here, but this is my first time having a not so great experience with the food.

Placed an to-go order for 2 Ground Pork on rice bowls, Taiwanese popcorn chicken and fried green beans.

The rice for both bowls were completely mushy (not from the sauce or pork)- felt like I was eating porridge that clumped into a rice ball.

The popcorn chicken was soggy. And the fried green beans had no flavor.

My drink was great tho! 🙂

Not sure if the chef changed, but this was highly disappointing.

Food is great! We’ve gotten the Taiwanese chicken and fried squid balls, both were yum. I really appreciate being able to choose high spice. We’ve tried a few drinks here, I like the lychee slushy and he likes the taro milk tea.
