The 1 in plainview is better in my opinion. They actually care about the product I think. 1 huge slice of tomato and a small 1 stacked in the middle, 2 pickles hanging out the side and a some what small piece of onion….no they weren’t crowed or busy. Fries hot and fresh, snappy service and great attitude

First time here. Lots of variety but a no for me sorry. The fish just didn’t taste like fish. For catfish was bland, texture unknown. I can’t say it was out dated but something missing. Service was excellent through drive through. Sadly, will not return.

The staff was the best. The onion rings were great but the so called catfish isn’t real catfish at all. Thats our only complaint about this place. The hospital is right across the street & we r from dallas, tx visiting my mother n law there. So we came here 2grab a bite 2eat. Again, the staff were awesome n everyway possible. So we’ll b back if n Lubbock again but we won’t get the ” Catfish ” next time. Lol.. sho nuff

I ordered fried jalapeno poppers, cheese fries and some drinks. They accidentally made me chili cheese fries instead which I wasn’t upset about, mistakes happen it’s cool. After literally 30 mins I finally get my correct order. I’m not complaining about the mistake or how long it took, I understand there will be hiccups sometimes. I’m complaining about my cheese fries. Very little fries, very bland and the cheese had no flavor. After waiting for 30 mins I was completely let down with bland food and what looks like half a serving . If you leave people waiting that long you make sure to serve them the very best.

One of the best burgers I’ve ever had!
Honestly, this burger joint went above and beyond my expectations. Everything from the moment I walked in was great — the staff were friendly and respectful, the place was clean and inviting, and most importantly: the taste of the burger was out of this world!
I ordered the classic burger with cheese, bacon, and their special sauce. The bun was soft and fresh, the patty was juicy and full of flavor, and the overall taste was exactly what you’d want from a real, high-quality burger. The sauce was perfect and complemented the ingredients beautifully.

Second time getting the hamburger steak and mash potatoes. It’s great. Worth the price and the workers are nice and very attentive. Will be trying their burgers next time and going to have to try frito pie. Recommend to anyone.

Our last stop in Lubbock, TX.
Went to Tommy’s and was close to trying their famous burgers,. Going to the Airbnb for our night in town.. seen jumbo Joe’s made a u turn and went inside. It was great the mozzarella sticks were great, my son and my grandkids loved the burgers and the corn dog with fries. Awesome place to eat. Another couple came in and ordered a special of the day chicken fried steak it was fast and good .. the service was great and the cashier read back our order nice and polite… And u close at 10 pm everyone else 8p

Serving great American food for many many years! Good burgers and cheese sticks. Mistakes were made to our order after explicitly making requests; they happily corrected. Like most places, prices have gone up. Try the Plainview location too.

My husband and I were headed to our favorite burger spot in our neighborhood tonight, but they were closed. I found this place online and it did not disappoint! We ordered the #3 which is two jumbo burgers, two fries and two drinks. The burgers were definitely jumbo! The fries and onion rings were also really good. Aside from the food being great, the service was fast and very friendly. We happened to hit this location JUST as the TTU football game was getting over and the drive thru lane was long, there were several tables inside, and a line formed after we arrived, but the staff remained friendly and attentive. I think the two young people working at the counter were just as impressive as the food. My husband and I have owned and managed several businesses in town and it is very unusual for high school kids to manage the front of the house the way these two did. When they were not busy, they were cleaning and sweeping. Kudos to their parents and the owners who hired them!! We will definitely go back again!
