The food was cold it wasn’t done all the way and some of it was old the drink had bad tap water taste to it I would like my money back for the experience I feel like it was a complete waste and I will never come back charges will be disputed update I’ve been trying to call your restaurant to dispute the charges and I am unable to contact you you need to put a valid phone number so people can call to discuss how their experience was or was not.

Extremely slow and rude service. The complimentary soup wasn’t ready till everyone was done eating so we said no because we wanted to leave. One of us ordered an actual meal instead of the buffet which wasn’t ready till we were ready to leave either. Once it came out they gave us an order with shrimp on it which we did not order. Then the servers were mad at us for not wanting to take it. They eventually guilt tripped us into paying for the meal anyways. Terrible service and food wasn’t good either.

I spent 4 years teaching in multiple cities throughout China as a research liaison. I was often taken out to eat at incredible restaurants, and I found out what real Chinese food was like. In that absence, Jumbo is top of my list in Safford, and the Globe space is good as well. Get there early, get to the buffet while it’s hot.

I would give it 4 stars if they would have a larger selection at the buffet and ANY desert items.
The place was busy the night we visited (7;00pm Thursday) and all the empty tables needed to be bussed and wiped down. Our server (Jennifer) was awesome and added one star herself. I was impressed with the quality and taste of the food that was there. With the trays relatively full, hot and fresh. As always time of day will have an effect on even the best buffets. The prices were in line with a buffet somewhere between $12-$15/per person. They do accept cash and credit/debit cards. For a small town, all in all not bad. I’m sure we will return, so watch for updated reviews for Jumbo buffet.

We had so the best and friendliest service we have ever had! Great price for a buffet and the food was perfect! They kept it full and fresh even if it’s not the biggest buffet they had very good variety and it was all delicious. We never had to wait for a refill on drinks and I can’t brag enough on how sweet these servers were, all of the staff seemed to really care for their customers and enjoy their job! They have menu items and even though we got the buffet I heard the waitress taking her time with each customer explaining different options and lunch and dinner items. It was very refreshing to hear and see how they truly cared about giving the best service and that’s exactly what we got! Couldn’t recommend it more and so glad we stopped by and tried it out! Will be back anytime we pass through
