Delicious Red Snapper & Exceptional Service!
The Red Snapper was absolutely amazing — highly recommend! David at the bar was both professional and friendly, making us feel right at home. We also had a great chat with Bryan, the service manager in the sharp white shirt and tie, who gave us the inside scoop on the chef and some local happenings. Truly appreciated their hospitality. Be sure to try the Snapper or the Hanger Steak — both are winners!

My husband and I came here before a performance just to have drinks and maybe a light dinner. The host seating people was very rude when finding out We didn’t have a reservation. The place was practically empty when we arrived. She made us awkwardly stand there while she fumbled around and finally advised us that she could put us at the back of the restaurant because it’s all she had. Again, the restaurant was empty at 430 in the afternoon. She grabbed menus and told us to follow her, and sure enough she took us to the last table in the back of the restaurant and again repeated if we would of had reservations she could have sat us elsewhere. Again, I’ll reiterate the restaurant was almost empty. We we ended up getting a water and chips and salsa and leaving! We will take our business elsewhere. Maybe you should have the grumpy lady seating people take a class or two on how to treat people!! Won’t be back!

I really do love this place. Nestled inside The Marriott in Downtown Jacksonville (formally the Omni) is this sweet place called Juliette’s. I have watched this establishment go from a 4 star high end feasting delight to a run of the mill typical hotel eatery and back again. I really enjoyed our pricey but worth it meal before a show with my family. The waitress was green … but helpful and willing to try. I knocked it down to 4 stars for two reasons.
First we arrived about 15 minutes early and we were not allowed to sit in the bar area and enjoy a drink until the restaurant opened. I say this as I had almost made earlier reservations from their app and if I had we would have still been standing in front of their door. Second my daughter has a strawberry allergy and mentioned this before ordering to our server. She wrote in all caps no strawberries and her meal was served with.. strawberries. Her meal had to be returned and remade (which we believe they did so cudos to them) and we had to eat our hot food in front of her. The Crispy Skin Salmon was noteworthy and worth returning just for that!

Ok so…..literally I could have went to Waffle House and gotten a more tender steak. Our server John was awesome, all the staff were awesome. We came for Valentine’s Day . Ordered my steak medium well and had to get them to recook it…while they were cooking me a new steak they decided to comp me a giant glass of wine.. whatever…my suggestion is to not brother eating here….

Liked that we could add chicken, salmon, tuna or shrimp to salads, attentive service, nice atmosphere. Expect a wait for food at dinner. Easy parking whether paid or free a half block away.

Warning: Theater Menu when there are shows across the street. Limited options, no mention of limited menu until you get there and even then, no mention until you’re seated. 7:30pm is when they offer their standard menu. Dog was in the kitchen, seems unsanitary, the manager took the dog for a walk. They were confused even with the limited menu of which table had which order. Our waitress did not write our order down and all our food came to us all at once….appetizer, salad, and main course, with zero apologies. Our appetizer and burgers were not hot. I usually come to this place prior to our shows, but not anymore.
