The most welcoming restaurant!
Friend and I went in for some soup on a cold night, we were greeted very kindly, and offered purse hooks. We felt so seen and comfortable! We ordered with the scanner on the table, dumpling soup and chicken noodle [v typical, but we have soft tummy so we wanted to tip toe in] and the flavor was amazing ! The broth is tasty and the noodles were perfection. We had the kindest waitress and the bathroom smelt so clean ! 10/10!

Nothing to complain here… First, the staff are super friendly and explain different options enthusiastically. Then, the food is simply amazing. Noodle is al dente, broth is rich and flavorful, and the beef is tender. The best part is that it won’t leave the unpleasant mouth driness due to MSG. Is it authentic? Maybe not to Szechuan or Chongqing standard, but definitely delicious noodle to recommend.

We went looking for a beef noodle place and came across Julie’s. Really enjoyed the texture and taste of the noodles. Can be quite spicy, so just be aware.

This bowl of suan la fen is honestly the best I’ve had in the Bay Area! The flavor is the closest to the authentic Chongqing style—perfectly spicy, tangy, and not greasy at all. And the portion is huge — I was already full and still had so much left. Took the rest home to enjoy later!

We were there for a late lunch. Perhaps it was around late afternoon, there weren’t too many people inside the restaurant. There were a lot of parking spots around the plaza. We ordered the Signature Braised Beef Noodles, Cold Chicken in Spicy Sauce, and Cucumber Salad. The portions were very generous and all dishes were very tasty.

I ordered the Signature Braised Beef Noodles online and went pick it up. It is really testful and a good amount of noodles. The packaging is also very nice. It’s the beef noodle soup I would not hesitate to order again if I want for a good beef noodle soup.

I absolutely loved the noodles at this place! The flavor was incredibly delicious and aromatic, with just the right amount of spice. What made the experience even better was the option to choose different types of noodles and customize the firmness (soft or chewy) to my preference. The service was also excellent—friendly and efficient. I’ll definitely be coming back for more! Highly recommend!

Great taste! The waitress lady was very welcoming and attentive on my needs and how I liked the flavor knowing I’m the new customer, definitely escalated the whole dining experience. I personally feel this is one of the best Chongqing style noodles I have tasted in Bay Area. Maybe one advice is the meat portion could be more, I saw other customer left the same review too.
Overall, wonderful food and services!

Took my family to celebrate our anniversary of 20 years to try out Julie’s Noodle and it was best decision we made. We have ate our fair share of Szechuan spicy noodles in Northern California and we are blessed to have discover this gem. It took us almost 2 hours to drive to try out this restaurant and was not disappointed at all. Food was so delicious, we ordered 2 more noodle dishes to go. We even saved the broth for dinner. I highly recommend trying the beef specialty dish, what was even better is that you can add other meats or sides to the soups.
