This place is so quaint and cozy! I found it on Google and the ratings and pictures made me need to try it. I’m so glad we did! It’s literally in the living room of an old house, which I think is really neat. Cute and comfortable, not cramped. The music was oldies, which I love. All the dishes were mismatched which made it feel even more authentic like you might see at your grandma’s old farm house. The staff are amazing and the food is great! It was fun to hear the staff talk about making bread in the small space and join us into the conversation. We’ll definitely be back!

Julie Anne’s Place – NED Review
✅ Noteworthy
– Known for its homestyle cooking and welcoming, diner-style vibe. Locals love the breakfast and brunch options, especially the pancakes, omelets, and homemade biscuits.
– Friendly, attentive staff that make regulars feel like family.
– Portions are generous, and prices are reasonable.
⚠ Expected
– Décor is simple and classic, more about comfort than style.
– Gets crowded on weekends, so expect a wait during peak hours.
⛔ Disappointments
– Some find the menu a bit limited beyond breakfast staples.
– A few reviews mention inconsistencies with wait times or food temperature during busy periods.
Verdict: A solid go-to for a classic, comforting meal—especially breakfast. Come early to beat the rush.

Very cozy atmosphere, delicious food, super reasonable prices, but the star of the show is how friendly and welcoming the staff are here. I had coffee in front of me before I even sat down! We’ll be back!

Delicious! My only regret is not trying Julie Anne’s sooner.
The place is super cute, located right off King Street in Malvern. We enjoyed everything: sitting outside, friendly service, delicious breakfast, and a nice walk after eating.
The Nutella French toast is to die for. The presentation is beautiful and it tastes even better. It’s savory and sweet, with the right amount of Nutella and bananas. My mom loved her Greek omelette. She said it was super fresh and packed with spinach. The breakfast potatoes were also great!
We plan to return to Julie Ann’s soon to try some lunch options – we saw they had several soup options!

Gave this place a try on a Saturday morning while in town. Service was friendly and the food was good. Definitely a good bang for your buck. We left with our tummys full and didn’t have to break the bank. Our server was generous enough to answer our questions we had with certain items on the menu. We decided to go with a few of the locals favorite dishes and was highly satisfied. If we come back to visit this area again I would definitely head back to Julie Anne’s.

The spot maybe small. The food is very good. The service is very good and very helpful. The food portions are very good sized. They have very good breakfasts and lunches. They have homemade cakes that look very good for sale by the slice. You must stop in and support this local spot.
