We got to the restaurant as soon as it opened and it was full within 15 mins so be aware it seems to be a popular spot for breakfast. The servers spoke good English and were very friendly! The scrambled eggs were smooth and creamy but a bit bland. The hot chocolate was very thick and yummy but it isn’t sweet so don’t order it if you’re not a fan of dark chocolate. The fruit on the waffles were very sweet and delicious! But by far the best dish was the Croque. We took a risk with having fish for breakfast and it was the best choice we could have made!

We ate at the Julia Child Bistro at around noon and we were glad that breakfast was available till 2 pm. We had kind of everything, very good omelet (with ham, cheese, tomato) and scrumbled eggs. Also very good was the warm croissant with ham, fried eggs, cheese and tomato. My favorite was the home made Belgium style waffle with I think home made peanut butter and salted caramel and a lot of fruits.

I swear this could be the only place in St. Petersbirg where the people are nice and they don’t mind speaking in English with you. Great food at great prices. The music is also gret as well. Do go and have breakfast, they have really delicious and healthy options.

Very nice and cosy place with French inspired food. They cook the best duck breast I have ever tried! Perfect place to have nice lunch and dinner and to have a rest during a day either in the evening with you second half.

Cozy place with good service and food. The salad and potato soup in the lunch special was great and very reasonable. They also have a good Russian beer but it is a little pricey.

Wonderful place to eat! Duck was delightful and perfectly prepared, perfectly seasoned and overall a light and tasty meal. The house lemonade was perfect as well. Very pleased and will add this place to my SPB eats of choice!

Favourite place in Saint Petersburg…. Friendly owners and even with all the crowd they manage to get the order rather quickly. They speak good english which helps the tourist. I would definitely come again.

A family of four: a vegan, a woman with braces, a child of five and a grandpa – all extremely satisfied with food and service! We can’t help coming back for more savoury meals again and again. Salads fresh like plucked from the field, meat soft as a coushion, eggplant with a phenomenal twist, soup with a super full taste. Must try. A little bit for everyone.
We were a group of 3 and everyone really enjoyed their meal.
One bit though… Portions are adequate, but not large. Expect great tastes and quality, but not to get your face stuffed with loads of food.

Amazing place! Calm and nice interior, food was good. Had a panna cotta with blue cheese that blew my mind . Stuff was really friendly and accommodating (thanks Adis). Spend almost half a day working there and will certainly come back.
