Vegans, get here early! Your stuff will sell out.
I initially tried to come here for lunch, but the line was out the door, so we waited a little longer and stopped by at 6:30. But by that time, they no longer had the veggie burger. (Do better, king’s dominion! This shouldn’t happen.)
So at jukebox it’s “one entree and one side” rather than the 3 sides + a free thing for the “vegetarian platter” at the other locations. (I’m assuming because they are assuming they’d have a burger available to select)
I didn’t bother asking what the free extra thing was… if they even have one. It was also pretty busy, so I didn’t grab the ingredients list.
So I got fries, the sautéed veggies and I “made my own salad” with the accouterments by the registers. Lulz. (I now regret not going to sharkey’s while we were in soak city because I wanted to try the veggies. Which was only at jukebox). I also regret not checking to see where paradise pizza was before coming here, because the app is not very useful for navigating. (I don’t even know if they would have been able to make a “flatbread with sauce and breadsticks on the side” since those are listed as vegan on the allergen guide.). Next time perhaps.
The fries are fries. I didn’t smell any chicken on them, so I wonder if they have a dedicated fryer.
The sautéed veggies were good. Green beans, yellow carrots, red bell peppers in a LOT of olive oil and garlic. But the flavors of the veggies shone through nicely. Still, a somewhat sad meal when I was hoping for some sort of protein source.
They have a nice large patio area for outdoor eating.

The saving grace of the Jukebox Diner is the topping bar for the burgers.

The rating is for Google Maps, and not the Jukebox Diner food, service or atmosphere, because we actually never made it to the Diner – HOWEVER – The Diner has influence and a fair amount of control over where and how Maps sends the driver.
We were advised 4 minutes ’til arrival & followed all the directions without being diverted, only to find ourselves 20+ minutes away on a dirt access / diversion road.
The Google business’ information should clearly read that this eatery can only be accessed from within the paid fun park. All other direction options should be removed from Maps.

The milkshakes weren’t very good. The menu said chocolate, strawberry, and caramel as the flavor options. The only option they had was a vanilla/chocolate twist that wasn’t actually twisted. It was a little melty and not very tasty. Not worth the almost 8 dollars they charge.

Doesn’t accept cash and overpriced, 15 dollars for a large drink (Which was so watered-down that it tasted like bad carbonated water supposed to be a fanta) and a basket of fries. The only reason it gets even 1 star is because the fries were seasoned well. Didn’t even give a lid or a Straw. Do not go.

The burger was way worse than the ONE DOLLAR McDonald’s cheese burger. It had literally one piece of cheese and a horribly cooked patty. In addition, the fries that came along with it were soggy. Most of their sauce machines were out. The waiting lines were so unorganized, people cut in line, and it was such a mess in the restaurant. The service was also horrible. They did not process the orders in order and would often miss an order. I know it’s an amusement park and food in amusement parks are expensive, but at least make the pay somewhat worth it. P.S. the wait was super long, too

We were pleasantly surprised with the food. We got hamburgers and they where very tasty. The lettuce, tomatoes and pickles were fresh so I grabbed some of those too. We got one order of fries for the 3 of us. And thank you to the cashier Jacob who asked me if I had my gold pass thing because I always forget.

We experienced extremely slow service when we we visited on a busy day. They seemed short-staffed and only has about 3 employees to serve dozens of patrons. After ordering, we waited 20 to 30 minutes to get our food, and this was served over a period of 10 minutes so we really didn’t get to sit down all at once and enjoy a meal together. Food wasn’t bad, but the fries were stale as they had sat out too long.

Terrible design, average food, and sodas that don’t taste the way they should is what you can expect eating here. Now, admittedly, the food was perfectly fine; however, decent food is not enough to save this “restaurant”. The only entrance leads directly into the order line, with no easy way to access the soda machines or condiment stand. You either have to wait in line, hop over the barriers keeping you within the line, or wait until someone opens one of the one-way exit doors. Not to mention that of the two soda machines, one doesn’t have ice and instead has off-tasting soda and water, while the other only has ice. There are also no lids or straws, so it is incredibly tedious to try and navigate the building without spilling your drink. Overall, this was one of the worst eating experiences that I’ve ever had.
