I took my son here the other night for dinner. Our server, Maria, was very friendly and attentive. We ordered crab legs, shrimp, green mussels, and lobster tails in the juicy flavor medium spice. The food was cooked just right and was so flavorful. I forgot my wallet at home but thankfully they accepted Apple Pay.

Took my daughter here yesterday for her birthday.. walked in all the staff was sitting around on the phone … she finally notice about 5 mins later we were seated. We sat for 10 mins waiting for the waiter to come and give drinks. I end up asking the cashier if we could at least get water and she told us she wasn’t the waiter… The waiter finally came after 5 mins RUDE AND DISMISSIVE …. Throwing things on the table and acting as we were the problem .. I did not address because it was my daughter birthday … After taking orders he snatched the menus with attitude walked off we didn’t get any customer service attention no check ins nothing … Ive visit this location during the day time the young lady was very pleasant. Last time was just horrible 0/10 would not recommend this place during the evening time

The service was absolute trash. The waitress Cynthia would go outside and smoke and leave us to our devices, which was nothing. I say that because, I had to go get my own napkins plastic ware and and plates.
I ordered an Arnold Palmer, and at first I got received a unsweetened tea. I told the server and she brought back a warm sweet tea and a lemonade in separate cups. Then the clam chowder was horrible. Tasted like mop water. The calamari was fried too long and was rubbery. And so were the eggs. The only good was the okra.
I believe in leaving tips even if the service is hot garbage.

Worst experience ever. As soon as we sat down, our male server had a huge attitude. He yelled at my child for playing with the rope at the table, and he yelled so loudly that everyone in the booths turned around in shock. He even told us that this place is not for children, so if you have kids, don’t come here.
Throughout the meal, he continued with the same rude behavior. When we asked for the check, he threw the receipt on the table. I asked to speak to a manager at the front desk and was told there wasn’t one available. Instead of handling it professionally, he continued to argue and curse at us. His behavior felt discriminatory and extremely disrespectful.
Completely unacceptable customer service. I will never come back. Do not recommend.

Not sure if i ever come back to this location. Was seated right away but waited 15 mins before i went up ti ask if someone could get us drinks they said it will be a min . Got it looked around they were not busy at all i would say maybe 5-7 tables had customers . We waited another 20 mins nothing so we got uo and walked out and as we were walking out the server came with an attitude and pickup all the menus . So definitely not sure if im coming back . Hope they can train their servers a little better or have some as backups.

My niece and I were on vacation. We arrived at 8:50 p.m. on Thursday. There were no hosts or hostesses at the door to greet or seat us. A guest told us to go to the cashier and ask where we could sit. We walked up to the cashier and asked where we could be seated for dine-in. We were instructed to order at the register, pay, and then pick our own seats to wait for our food. We did exactly as instructed. When the food was brought out, it was packaged as a take-out order. We asked her why our food was packaged as a take-out order when we had specifically told her it was a dine-in order. She stated that she was no longer accepting dine-in orders because she closes at 10 p.m. If she had stated that, we would never have ordered or paid for the food. This was poor communication on her end. The food was okay, not spicy enough, and could use a bit more seasoning. Other than that, we will not be visiting this establishment again.

These people are idiots honestly and don’t care about the customer. Gave my order away (that was paid for) and refused to remake it because they needed to “watch the camera to make sure it’s not a scam”. WHAT? No apologies, no sorry for the inconvenience, nothing. Great experience here! Big shout out to our waitress Cynthia. She was a blast! I ordered 1lb or green mussels and 1lb of crawfish. For my seasoning, I had all of them, which was the juicy special, I believe. I was exceedingly pleased with the seasoning so much that I literally scooped it with a mussel shell out of the bag and slurpped it up. I honestly don’t have any complaints whatsoever, and I will be back. I encourage any any everyone to come gather their own opinion from this wonderful establishment.

I had the seafood boil which was excellent. My companion had fried shrimp, which was also really good. Large servings, wear your big pants.
