Juicy Lucy’s is a family-owned local burger joint with some creative options – though it looks kinda like you’ve stumbled upon a Chili’s. Even the menu looks like the graphic designer for Chilis might’ve taken on a side gig for this place. (Not that I’ve been to Chili’s in the last two decades but I assume it’s still ringing in about the same.) Their signature style is to get your burger as a “juicy Lucy” which means that cheese is stuffed inside the patty. While this is unique, I wouldn’t say that it adds anything grand to the burger experience. And if you don’t start with a really great patty, I don’t really care if you stuff it with genie wishes and hundred dollar bills it’s not going to impress me. Don’t get me wrong… the burger was good… just lacking a little flavor to drive it home. And it was juicy… so the name don’t lie. My burger came with Gouda, bacon, and screaming sauce (a mayo-sriracha mixture) along with lettuce, tomato, pickle, and red onion. It was a good combo of ingredients though a tall burger when fully assembled. I’d give it a B+ on flavor. The green bean “fries” which our server claimed to be the best option were delicious. And obviously turned the meal into an uber-healthy choice. Cheers to Juicy Lucy’s for pairing creative burger options with unique sides in their did-I-just-step-into-Chili’s burger joint!

We tried to find a place for dinner and it seems like three-forths the town was shut down. We settled on Juicy Lucy’s. The hole family was not impressed. I had the blackened salmon with fried green beans. (Salmon was under cooked and so were the green beans) The wife had ribs and mixed vegetables. I think the ribs was the only thing that was really good. The daughter had pulled pork sandwiche with fries. The pork was dry and the fries were under cooked as well. I think the kitchen was just rushed. The son had the kids macaroni and cheese. (Kraft I believe)

So happy we decided to eat here. It was delicious!! Our server, Craig was so personable, kept our drinks full and made sure we were happy and full. We had cheese curds, a juicy Lucy burger with gouda and brisket/short rib burger with onion rings and fries. We highly recommend and will be back. Lots of teamwork from employees. A fun environment.

Great spot to get some food if you are on the area. The burgers are quite good but they have this coffee rub bacon which I did not find very tasty. I ordered their October special burger which was fantastic but my wife’s burger has a spicy sauce on it which was so spicy that it took away from the taste of the burger itself. I recommend giving this place a shot but be warned if the dish you order is labeled spicy be ready lol. All in all it has a great vibe to it and would be a great place to hang out with some friends.

The pictures really don’t do the food justice. We split the order but let me tell you, the food on my trip here was spot on. I did carry out and everything was as ordered. The ribs were really good and I must say that I had to return the next day for another order. They did not disappoint. The burger was good as well. A lot of burger places aren’t so good with consistency but I have found on the times I have come here that they have not let me down yet. I eat at Juicy Lucy’s every chance I get! I took my granddaughter and two of my greats for Lunch. We were seated immediately and had excellent service!! My Granddaughter said the Carolina Burger was the best she had ever had. The picky greats loved the grilled cheese. Sorry, I forgot to take pictures of the food, since my little darling was being naughty.
