This is a decent place to grab a healthy snack, meal, or drink! For drinks, we got the matcha lemonade and health nut smoothie. Both were great—we would definitely come back for these.

For food, I got the JK benedict. It was composed of poached eggs sitting atop a mixture of peppers and mushrooms and a gluten-free English muffin. I didn’t enjoy the pepper-mushroom mixture because it tasted like if someone mixed together a can of low-sodium tomato paste and spinach and added nothing else. The gluten-free English muffin was also not my favorite because it had a grainy-soggy-crumbly texture that didn’t mesh well with the rest of the dish.

After returning for our second visit in a year, I can confidently say that The Juicy Kitchen is one of the best brunch spots we’ve tried in MI. From the food to the service and hospitality, everything is exceptional.
The owner, who greeted us warmly, is incredibly welcoming and communicative. The staff members are friendly, warm, and extremely helpful. Words can’t quite capture how wonderful this place is. Don’t be surprised by its small size and tucked-away location in a plaza, it’s truly a hidden gem in Ann Arbor!

Lovely little place with great food and service. The employees are busy, but seem happy. I appreciate the many vegan options. If you ask, they’ll kindly escort you to the restroom in the back. Close to the highway if traveling through.

Wife and I went for Saturday morning brunch. Absolutely incredible food (and beverages! ), service and all-around experience. It’s small, sure…and the limited seating is cozy, but that’s to be expected given the location. The staff were super friendly and accommodating as were the fellow patrons. You can tell they have a devout band of regulars. We’ll DEFINITELY be back!

We recently visited for breakfast and the food is incredible. Fresh and healthy. My wife had a breakfast burrito and I had one of their specials. There is limited seating but they do offer takeout which appears to be very popular here. If your in the area give this place a try. You will not be sorry.

Refreshing, authentic & quality food.
We’ll be regulars here when in town.
Definitely better then continental or regular classic breakfast.
The products are organic and produce are fresh.
They have gluten free options!!!

A nice little brunch place with healthy food options. I got the breakfasts burrito with chicken sausage and I loved it. They’ve a nice outdoor seating option to enjoy on warm and sunny days. The only drawback I felt is the slow service. It took them a long time to serve our dishes in spite of not many diners at that time.

Tiny seating for about 12 indoors in the winter so you might have to wait on a Sunday. But worth it! Grab a delicious coffee while you wait and hang out and chat with other people in line. Fun vibe here. When I got my “omelet of the day” and saw a Brussel Sprout peep out I thought “Oh Yeah! My kind of place”. Then a salad with a slice of watermelon radish. Oh yeah again. Loved the delicious bread and the cheese on the omelet was especially rich and tasty. Everything here is a step above. I’m fussy about my coffee and don’t generally get it out because it’s so ordinary. But this is anything but ordinary. It’s freshly ground and exceptionally good. Most folks that stay to eat in versus carryout eat and leave so the next person in line can come to a table. You shouldn’t plan to linger on a busy Sunday. We’ll go back for sure and hopefully be able to eat outdoors. Love this place.

We love our neighborhood joint, juicy kitchen! The food is so fresh and healthy, you always feel satisfied and vibrant after a meal here! We do takeout because it’s small and (obvi pandemic) but they do great to-go meals! Pictured is the whitefish melt (it was a special)-delicious! And soup of the day – some type of veggie curry, so warm and cozy for a cold day! Also, make sure to grab their pantry items, we got the hummus and some frozen burritos- great price and love supporting small business!

I went for a brunch after a long hike in winter.
Hot chocolate felt awesome after the cold. We tried Vegan dishes and they were delicious. Quinoa dish, veggie burger and veggie breakfast burrito we loved them all. It’s a small place with a nice vibe and many healthy food options including ready to go sandwiches, soups etc. (don’t have food pictures)
