My husband had the build your own and I had the Chicken Club. We also got Onion Rings, Fried Okra and Cheese Fries. Everything was delicious. I ordered to go and didn’t look at the food before I left but when I got home my Chicken Club didn’t have the swiss cheese that I had asked for. So that’s why a 4 star but everything was amazing even with the wrong cheese. The menu has so many options that we will come back to try new things. The inside of the place looked really nice and clean too.

I will give credit for the staff being friendly and polite and restaurant was very clean. Now for the food, we were very disappointed as we came in with high expectations being that the name was Juicy Burgers while the bun was fresh and good unfortunately both hamburgers more of a preformed patty and were very dry, my wife’s was medium-rare (not ordered that way) and they had absolutely no taste or flavor at all.
Overall with Five Guy’s and Dukes within a block of here and both serving a truly Juicy burger I will have to pass on a return.

The wife and I went here on 18 April 2020 around 17:00 hrs. for our first experience at Juicy Burgers and we were not disappointed. The wife got the 1/3 lb. burger cooked medium well with fries and a drink. I got the 1/2 lb. burger cooked medium rare with Swiss cheese, mushrooms, garlic mayo and mustard with a order of onion rings. Our cashier’s name was Mattie, very friendly and knowledgeable about what we ordered. After my order was complete, she repeated it back to make sure it was right. Our burgers were top notch, fantastic onion rings. My only let down was they ran out of fried pickles, but no worries, we’ll be back. Keep up the great work.

First time. Called for carry out, the lady who answered and took my call was the nicest take out person I’ve ever had. Told me 10-15 minutes. Got there, first impression, very clean and modern looking. The counter girl was my order taker and she was very friendly. Got my food and went home. All my boxes were labeled and the burgers were really good. Definitely recommend this spot for good burgers.

Best burger I’ve ever had. Going to bring my family here soon so they can experience it too. I ordered my burger medium and it came out slightly pink and very juicy and perfectly cooked. Onion rings were crispy and fresh. Sprite was just soda water, wish I would have tasted that before I left but the food and the service overshadowed that. Great experience all in all.

Burger was fair at best. Fries, Onion Rings and Sweet Potato Fries were good according to the folks I was with. Save your money on the Shakes. People were friendly. Our order took longer to come out then expected. When it did come out, one burger was undercooked and two others had wrong/missing items on them. Buy bottled water, tap is unfiltered and has a strange taste. Hope in time, things get better.

Not bad, not great. The staff are friendly and food came out on time. I got the hangover burger, which has a fried egg, avocado, bacon, and fries on it. The burger was cooked well, not too done, but it had a faintly odd taste to it, probably a result of the beef being frozen. I wish the egg was cooked runny, but that’s more of a personal preference. The fries were nothing special, just average crinkle cut. Overall it was a decent meal; but at $14, not really worth it for me. I’d give it a 3.5 if I could: better than most fast food burgers, but not quite the quality I look for for the price.

Walked in for a carryout order and the cashier was very helpful and informed of the menu. The place was clean and well stocked. They even have a kid’s corner with tablets and crayons to color. I got a Cowboy Burger and Original Juicy. Both were cooked to order and as expected. The burger itself was juicy and my egg was perfect. I would prefer a toastier bun but definently trying the brioche bun next time. I also got the fried pickles spears with ranch. They were hot and fresh and I can tell this place makes their own ranch… It’s yummy! No fake ranch this way! It was also nice to see the manager come out and help serve food. Teamwork, good food and great customer service will make Juicy Burger last. Thank you I will be back!

I had a 1/2 lb. make your own burger and fries. The burger tasted very good, and there were a ton a toppings to choose from. It was busy, but not packed, and I received my order very quickly. Everyone was nice and friendly, I hope the place does good. I will be back for more burgers!

The burgers, fries and onion rings were delicious and fresh. The wait time is excessive nearly 40 min for 3 burger combos. My husband upgraded his burger to 1/2 lb but still got 1/3 lb and we did not want to wait another 40 mins for the correct size burger. The restaurant was clean and the older men helped to get our food at least at the 40 min mark. With better management the place can be ran a bit smoother but food was good.
