My husband and I were in Orlando in early December and made it a point to visit Juici Beef Patties—and it was absolutely worth the 40-minute drive from our hotel. We love Juici patties with coco bread, and these never disappoint. Fresh, flavorful, and delicious!!
The service was a mix. One female server wasn’t very pleasant and had a bit of an attitude, which was disappointing. However, a male staff member completely turned the experience around. He was super awesome—kind, patient, and very accommodating. I wanted a mix of mild and spicy patties, and since they only had spicy at the moment, he kindly asked if I preferred to wait until the next batch of mild was ready. That level of customer service really stood out.
We ended up buying a dozen patties to bring back to Georgia! Despite the small service hiccup, Juici Beef Patties remains a must-visit for us whenever we’re in Orlando.

We stopped by on a Sunday afternoon and there was no wait. My hubby ordered the 6-pack and I ordered a spinach patty with avocado, a curry chicken patty, and a spicy beef patty. We also ordered a coco bread, a mango drink, and a dragon fruit drink.
Everything was hot and fresh, like piping hot. I don’t know which patty was better, they were all SO good. The patties are a good size too.
The staff was super friendly as well.

Very clean inside and outside. Plenty of parking. Eat outside or take out but either way you will be glad you stopped to try the food. Guaranteed you’ll be back for more. Nene was so pleasant when she served us with a beautiful smile and sweet voice. We bought a combo a mild and a spicy with a drink. The food was bursting with flavor from a giant soft flaky patti. It was so delicious we went back in to buy another. I love that she wrote on the bag a saying. Just another reason I would return.

Finally, Orlando has great patties! The lines are pretty long and online ordering isn’t available yet because they recently opened, but we tried one of everything, and everything was great! The flake pastry with flavorful fillings, and perfectly soft and sweet coco bread is exactly what we’ve been looking for. Service was friendly, but just be prepared to wait for food. We’ll definitely be back. Prices are reasonable.

Waited in line over 20 minutes but worth the wait. The customer service was attentive and prompt with taking orders. And I will say I’ve had a lot of beef patties in the central Orlando area, but this one has been the best by far. Very flaky not too much filling, the right temperature, and flavor and freshly made. Everything was very good. You never have to worry about them running out of a specific flavor like other Jamaican restaurants because this is all they serve.
This is my first time having coco bread in a while, and it was so soft and warm, and I fell in love with it all over again. Many customers were ordering by the dozen or more from what I seen. I knew I had to taste each flavor and my least favorite to favorite would be in this order.

I’ve been wanting to check this store out since they opened it’s a little way from me but I finally made it and I wasn’t disappointed the patties hot just as how most Jamaicans like it I choose spicy first two bites I thought it was a bit too spicy but after it tasted how I know juici patties should they also have mild, oh and there coco bread oh my goodness so soft… and if you are wondering does it taste like our authentic Jamaican Juici yesss! It does. And they put cute little notes on the bags.

Came on vacation to Orlando, saw the store recently opened and drove an hour just to get some Juici Patties. They are so good. I got the Quick 6, 3 spicy beef and 3 mild. Little bit of a wait but worth it. Staff was friendly too.

Juici Patties customer service is phenomenal. Everyone is truly happy to help. The chicken and beef patties are big and yummy! I travel 35 minutes each way just to buy these patties. Check out the inspirational message handwritten on the bag!

Pros: Friendly staff, and quick service. When my order was ready my number was called and my order was verbally confirmed which is a big plus. The crust on the beef patty was good.
Improvements Needed: All customers should be offered to join your points program. The young man (behind the register) took the time to explain to the customer in front of me about the program but didn’t bother to explain it to me. I would have gladly signed up for your points program. On the receipt I have it states 7 Patti points, I’m not sure what that means. The beef patty is somewhat dry and not much filling, disappointing to say the least. For the price of $4 I would expect more filling. Hopefully this was just my patty that was lacking. I have not tried the chicken patty yet hopefully it will be better.
