Visited JuiceWell at Bunker Hill on Saturday around noon and had a great experience. I ordered an açaí bowl—made fresh to order—and a premade beet, carrot, and ginger juice. Both were delicious. The staff was friendly, service was quick, and there was plenty of parking and even outdoor seating. It wasn’t too crowded, which made it even better. Definitely planning to come back!

• Açaí bowls are fully customizable—take your time picking toppings.
• Grab a premade juice if you’re in a hurry; they’re chilled and ready.

I always leave this small juice shop with a big smile on my face. The staff is incredibly friendly and always goes out of their way to make me feel welcome. My recent visit was particularly amazing. Unfortunately, they had run out of my beloved CURE fresh pressed juice. However, the associate kindly offered to prepare a fresh batch just for me and even suggested making extra for me to take home. They truly excel in offering high-quality compressed juices, dairy-free smoothies, and lattes. Oh, and let’s not forget about their delicious açai bowls! They’re my absolute favorite!

let’s be real every location of juice well customer service is awful but this location in particular is the worst. the people working or management may not care but to spend 14 dollars plus on a mediocre bowl is not worth the very poor and rude customer service you receive. You get ignored, (especially the guy with locs in his hair he will pretend like he doesn’t see you ) your bowl isn’t prepared correctly and I understand mistakes happen so there’s no need to make a huge deal but you shouldn’t have to deal with rudeness on top of a wrong order. I will never give Juicewell my business again.

I enjoyed my visit on today.
It was my first visit here.
I really liked the smoothie as I ordered another one.
The employee Olivia was very sweet and inviting so we hit it off well. She is going to college soon so she won’t be here anymore and I hate that but I’m glad to see she’s going off to college but hopefully they’ll get someone to replace her that is just as good as she is. I love love my smoothie.

Bowls are great and service is fast, only complaint is the spoons. They are cheap and cut the side of your mouth. With the price of the bowls I am sure an investment is better spoons could be taken without breaking the bank.
