Tried the Dubai chocolate strawberry, Dubai ice cream, Dubai milkshake, and Dubai crepe for the first time and it was honestly SO good. The flavors were on point and everything tasted amazing.
Because the first time was that good (and the cravings were real), I went back again. Sadly, the second experience was completely different. Even though we were the only ones there and it still took forever to put together such disappointing desserts.
Everything tasted plain, like the staff didn’t really know how these items are supposed to taste. The Dubai ice cream was basically just vanilla with no “Dubai” flavor at all, and the Ferrero Rocher ice cream alright, but not sure its worth the money!
The place looks great and has a nice vibe, but that doesn’t make up for the lack of consistency and effort. Super disappointed this time and probably won’t be ordering again

I ordered two crepes and was given this thick lavash bread, rather than an actual crepe. My
“crepe” was burnt, and was not what an actual crepe looks like, the workers took over ten minutes to make two crepes and ice creams.
The workers also were behind the counter vaping rather than attending to customers, when we kindly approached the workers about the crepe issue they were not cooperative at all.
Your workers need to be retrained and you seriously need to work on their customer service skills.

I placed an order over the phone for mini pancakes and a waffle. It took me about 20 minutes to arrive at the shop, but when I got there, my order wasn’t ready. There was only one employee working in the back, and he was extremely busy. I genuinely felt bad for him—he was very nice, polite, and clearly doing his best.
My advice to the owner is not to save money by being understaffed. Hiring additional employees may cost more upfront, but being short-staffed can lead to delays, lost business, and unhappy customers. Proper staffing helps improve service, retain customers, and ultimately grow the business.
