I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. From the moment I walked in, I was not greeted at all, which already set a negative tone. When I placed my order, I was given attitude instead of basic customer service. I even said “thank you,” and the employee just looked at me and walked away without responding. Simple manners and acknowledgment go a long way, especially in a customer-facing business. This experience made me feel unwelcome and unappreciated as a customer. The food was ok at best

My opinion, this place makes the best smoothies.I always order the piña colada without the coconut and I add honey. That is so good. We also tried the strawberry wave. The youngsters at work here are really hard workers. I’m glad that the minimum wage is going to go up to $20 Because they deserve it. There is nice outside seating at this juice it up in Chino Hills .There’s also a nice big fountain and tables with umbrellas to block out the sun rays. There’s so many items on the menu, but what we tried we liked .There is plenty of parking with handicap stalls in reach. I believe the handicap stalls can be closer .We like coming here to the Chino spectrum.

This location definitely could use a facelift as far as the interior of their store it just shows it’s been here a while and the wear and tear is only proof of many customers coming in. Their staff was extremely helpful explaining the different ingredients that you can add. I ordered a vital protein Volvo and a Energizer with probiotics and spirulina I will definitely get these items again both tasted unbelievable. The store
is very busy from the minute I walked in to the minute I walked out however the three young ladies behind the counter worked together efficiently and were able to deliver everyone’s order in a timely manner I don’t think I was in there longer than 10 minutes and people just kept pouring in and out. What a great example this business sets. Don’t judge a book by its cover !

Seriously good smoothies! I usually go to Jamba cus its closest to my place. The smoothies taste so much better here!! This place was super busy on a Saturday 6/28 afternoon So many people were there and there was no place to stand inside. Three girls were working there and they did an amazing job getting everyone’s order and making the drinks pretty fast. I didn’t get their names cus they were so busy, but the team and management there deserve a compliment!!

I came to this location this evening where I had the most pleasant experience. A young lady named Natalia T was working. She was backed up with door dash orders (as she was the only one working) Yet she had a smile on her face, and greeted every customer that came in cheerfully and again with a smile. She acknowledged you by saying “I’ll be right with you” and even apologized for the wait. I did not mind waiting. This young lady was working hard and was doing it without breaking a sweat or showing frustration. TRUE PROFESSIONAL…oh and made the most amazing smoothie…Because of her I will be back to this location. 100 stars to Natalia T.
