Entire bag of food was soggy which led the entire meal to be soggy Italian beef was dipped and soggy as ever I couldn’t even eat it as a sandwich I had to eat it with a fork the cheese fries was soggy the chicken sandwich was a old soggy chicken Patty as well as the over fried fish patty the only thing that was worth my money was the pizza puff I will never ever eat here again!!! I have never had this type of experience anywhere literally everything I purchased was terribly soggy. 1/10 would never recommend

I love Chicago red hots! It had been many years, and the sign caught me like a fish hook so I circled the block and doubled back.
Almost left – if the exterior was indicative of the food quality food poisoning was definitely on the menu, lbvs but i hadn’t eaten all day so i explored further….
Inside wasn’t as bad, no 5 star but was just enough to keep me from making an about face lol. The staff was very warm and cordial- made my red-hot to my specifications. It was full of flavor! I’d return

Came to get a Italian beef and was so disappointed the meat was so dry I honestly took one bite and could not eat it. My daughter wanted it so I gave it to her, but I paid $18 meal is not worth that. I had to go to a different place immediately and get a Italian beef sandwich and it came with the cheese cup and extra dipping sauce and peppers with a side of cheese cake and fries for $17.

Greatest ever. I have been coming here for years. Last night I visited for the first time in 2 years (I live in Green Bay where we are completely devoid of anything good to eat) and I was pleased to discover the prices are still fantastic even in these times. $9.99 for 2 hot dogs, fries and a drink, you just can’t beat it. The dogs are amazing because they’re Vienna beef brand the true chicago style and the fries are crispy. I had the Italian beef a few years ago and that was good too but the dogs are just too good to pass up. The neighborhood is pretty bad, but there is a cop shop across the street. The two gentlemen that run this place always do an amazing job with quality and cleanliness. It has an A grade for sanitation by the city of milwaukee and you can see them making the food, its a clean working area. Keep it up!!
