The worst restaurant I have ever been to. Long long wait. Just sat there for almost an hour. The restaurant section has no air circulation. We saw a fan so we asked for it but never got it. The food is THE WORST. The Smoked Pork Street Tacos are disgusting. Just look at the photos. The shells are sulky and taste weirdly sweet. The meat is mixed in this strange sauce. Doesn’t taste anything near smoked. The Shipwreck dish is just everything dumped on top of sulky bread…horrible.

I was a cook here for a decent Period of time. The place was clean, efficient, and served good food at the time of my employment. Judy, the owner, was a fair boss and worked hard right alongside us when she needed too. Everything on her menu was made in house with fresh ingredients. She ran a tight ship when I worked there and I doubt any of that has changed since. Great choice for drinks as well. Little pricey, with the economy right now, but you get what you pay for. A good dining experience.

Nice people, but that was about it. Food was disgusting and it took forever to get to us. We understand you’re short staffed but we could see our waitress have her lunch and the people working in the kitchen were moving at the speed of sloths. We waited over an hour for our food. They started making it 45 minutes after we ordered. A few hours after lunch my significant other got sick and has been throwing up since. All she ordered was a quesedilla, which is not difficult to mess up. You’re charging good restaurant prices when you should never be charging that much. Learn how to make good food from scratch and do them well. Its not that difficult or expensive to do that. Watch a few episodes from Kitchen Nightmares so you aren’t on the next season.

We have eaten here before, but yesterday was not a good experience. Before we got into the restaurant, my son got light headed outside and hit his head hard on the pavement. When I asked the waitress for an ice pack or ice, it seemed as though it was inconvenient. She also didn’t have one sympathy bone in her body. She did bring us ice, but didn’t seem happy to do it. When she took our orders, she corrected my son on how he was saying what he wanted. It was in a very rude way. We were the only ones eating there. We understood that they are understaffed and we were very patient. We were very kind and gave the waitress a good trip even though she was not nice to us. When we asked her for a box to take some food home, the waitress rolled her eyes. I understand that we all have difficult days, but we spent good money and wanted to create a special memory with my family before school started again. I forgive the waitress and am praying for her. We do enjoy the food at this restaurant, but not sure if we’ll be back anytime soon.

Food was fine. Not great, certainly not worth the price. Quality was mediocre, flavors were meh. Expected better based on other reviews. The biggest issue was by far the slow service and wait staff was at the very best ambivalent and at times unpleasant. We didn’t personally have any specific complaints but saw another table who’s order came out incorrectly (twice) have the waitress and cook rolling their eyes. We waited 45 minutes for lunch with only 4 tables seated inside and out.

Food is pricey and not good at all. Definitely a man’s place as the staff is extremely under dressed. Would not recommend for family or kids. If your husband goes here watch out! Oh boy did we get an eye full! Very clicky. I realize this review will obviously get some men curious but I assure you it was nothing to write home about.

So we stopped in here on a suggestion from another bar (The wobbly boot)that we stopped at. Glad we did. The people that work and own the place were very nice. Michelle was working the bar that day, (a very personable person!!) and we had great conversation with her. The place is very clean, well decorated and set up nice. It has an outdoor area for those who want to sit outside and enjoy while you’re visiting, or you can just chill at the bar. The bloody Mary’s look great, although we didn’t have one. If you’re looking for a great place to stop while driving along a scenic highway, stop in and have some good food, great conversation and a drink. You won’t regret it!!

Wow! Fantastic food, people and a awesome atmosphere. That’s hard to get all 3 but Judy has done it. We were hot and tired. Judy herself whistled at us to come in and rest a spell on our quest West. The Ruben and the Judy’s barge burger were out of this world good. Thank you for the renewal of hope. Y’all were amazing. So, if you are hiking on the American Discovery Trail or just happen to be near. Don’t miss this great restaurant.

Food was fine, overpriced. Would expect it to be cheaper since all the ingredients are from Sam’s Club (including the pre-made potato salad).
Service was pretty bad. The kitchen staff was unpleasant and the food took FOREVER to come out (despite only a couple other tables dining).
