Tried the pork chop and it was awesome! Big thick cut bone in chop cooked perfectly! I was pleasantly surprised at how good it was. My wife ordered the wedge salad with steak and the steak was good portion and cooked perfectly medium rare. The wings are some of the best around. I highly recommend getting wings. We like the Sweet tai chili and the garlic teriyaki the best but the buffalo wings are great too!

Service was top notch. I came here with my two young sons on a date before our mother son dance at the local elementary school. The service from when we walked in the door was so wonderful. Nate is a charm! He was so attentive and accommodating to my younger dinner dates. I would come back again with them simply due to Nate.

I was among a party of three this evening at Judds and Jacksons for their Easter buffet. The quality of food and selection was great, just as it had been at their Thanksgiving buffet and New Year’s Eve event. There was thick juicy sliced ham and roast beef, a selection of vegetable and pasta dishes, a spread of salads and a sweet dessert table. The dining room has a nice atmosphere.

During our first time up at the buffet, an 86 year-old member of our party made a personal comment to me about how one of the soup’s looked like dog food. It wasn’t the best comment, and apparently someone nearby took offense. During our second trip back to the buffet, another diner- a complete stranger- called this member of our party a slang word for a female dog, and then explained why. We felt uncomfortable and intimidated. I expressed my concern to a hostess, who promised to send someone to speak to us to work this out- except they never did. Having to make repeated trips back to our table past this other diner made us uncomfortable.

I spoke to a well-intentioned but happily apathetic manager who said that there were two sides to the story. His comparison of the two comments was offensive. I understand that the soup comment was inappropriate, and that restaurants cannot control what their customers say either way. But how could someone not speak up after having their girlfriend/wife/mother/grandmother/loved one called a “female dog?”

The restaraunt’s dismissive response spoke volumes to their handling of disputes and respect toward women. The staff did nothing to make her feel better, nor did they even bother to check in or talk to her. For a dinner that came to over $200 for the three of us, with gratuity included, we expected to be treated better than that.

We stumbled upon this restaurant through some Google searching. They were having a lobster bake, but truthfully most of our party wishes we tried the main menu (which seemed to be a better value).

Not a bad restaurant by any means, but we did feel out of place in the country clubhouse and expected a little more value on the lobster bake pricing (again, a rare event they were hosting so sorry it’s what we have to judge on).

The food is inconsistent. The new menu has some winners: the Brussels sprouts are really good (macadamia nuts! What a great idea), but my salmon has been bland and overcooked (even asking when for it rare-mid-rare). Other table mates said the chicken Marsala and the filet were good.

I was a member at the golf course here and have eaten at this restaurant over 50 times. I decided to write a review after seeing two negative reviews and thinking, “What are they talking about?” I’ve enjoyed every meal I’ve ever had here and in the few instances that I had an issue with anything I was able to get someone to help me right away.

Among the members here, the restaurant has a reputation of doing a good job. There are other local golf courses that do not match up to the food quality offered at Spring Mill, that is how the regular users of the restaurant view it.

There are several eating areas here: a bar/casual area, an outdoor patio overlooking the golf course, and a dining room. There’s also a banquet room for weddings and very large parties.

As for the Mozzarella sticks… they’re fricking awesome.

I am a CC member and love dining at the restaurant. The chef does an amazing job and the theme food nights are my favorite! I haven’t had one meal that I didn’t enjoy. The portions are great, food tasty and prices are average.

Ate there today, ordered two bloody Mary’s simply put it was a ready made tomato juice and vodka, no flavor and no toppings whatsoever! Rotten meal, cold fries, sloppy chicken sandwich and chicken nuggets with more batter than chicken. It’s always hit and miss there and today was a definite miss!

Way overpriced for the quality. Ricotta dip was good but the salads were pretty bad unfortunately. The caesar came out with roasted peppers on it which was definitely not listed on the menu and does not go together. Another in my party was missing an ingredient in their salad and it had a chicken bone in it. Won’t be returning.

Recommend the braised short ribs. Stand out dish of the evening. Chicken Parmesan was good. The cider chicken and chicken with risotto were okay. Service was good in the lounge.
